フタ17が被せられる。該フタ17は円板形状を
有し、上ストツパ16を通過して上ストツパ16
と下ストツパ15との間へ嵌め込めるように上ス
トツパ16と対応する外周部分4ケ所には第一切
欠17aが形成されている。また、フタ17の外
周部下方には下ストツパ15の内側に嵌まり込む
リング材18が溶接等により取り付けられ、下ス
トツパ15の内周面と当接する外周面にシール材
としてOリング19が具えられる。。このフタ1

A second notch is formed on the outer periphery of a portion corresponding to the lid that is fitted onto the peripheral surface and the upper stopper, and the lid is rotatably provided in the circumferential direction between the upper stopper and the lid. A drum comprising: a fixed plate that engages between the lid and the upper stopper when moved; and a valve that communicates between the inside and outside of the drum body.
