When a cooling system consisting of a forced draft heat exchanger, blower, compressor, etc. is used in a kitchen, etc., an oil film may adhere to the heat exchanger's heat transfer fins and heat transfer tubes, clogging the heat exchanger and reducing its capacity. was causing a decline in For this reason, conventionally, oil adhering to heat exchangers has been cleaned by spraying water or the like. However, with this method, there was a risk of electrical leakage because the cleaning liquid such as water would scatter and wet the electrical parts of the blower and compressor.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, this invention aims to prevent the electric parts of the blower or compressor from getting wet by preventing the cleaning liquid from scattering when cleaning the heat exchanger etc. The heat exchanger has heat transfer fins with heat transfer tubes inserted therethrough, and the refrigerant is supplied from a compressor to the heat transfer tubes and the heat exchanger is supplied to the outer surfaces of the heat transfer tubes and the heat transfer fins by a blower. a heat exchanger for exchanging heat with air; and a pair of tube plates that support the heat exchanger and form an air passage through which the heat exchange air passes, and that are provided with a support portion in a portion exposed from the heat exchanger. and a top plate which is removably fixed to the tube plate so as to cover the heat exchanger and which can be removed during cleaning and attached to the support part so as to block the air passage, thereby configuring the cooling device. It serves a purpose. Regarding its effect, when cleaning the heat exchanger, the top plate is removed from the tube sheet and attached to the support section so as to block the air path formed by the pair of tube sheets, thereby removing water, etc. It acts to prevent the cleaning liquid from splashing and wetting the electrical components of the blower and compressor.

2 is a heat exchanger having a heat transfer fin into which the heat transfer tube 1 is inserted; 3 is a heat exchange body having a heat transfer fin into which the heat transfer tube 1 is inserted; the heat exchanger is supplied from the compressor 4 to the heat transfer tube 1. Heat exchange is performed between the refrigerant and air to be heat exchanged, which is supplied to the outer surfaces of the heat transfer tubes 1 and the heat transfer fins 2 by the blower 5. Reference numerals 6 and 7 denote a pair of tube plates that support the heat exchanger 3 and form an air passage 8 through which the air to be heat exchanged passes, and upper flanges 6a, 7a and lower flanges 6b, 7b are formed at the upper and lower parts of the tube plates. Support portions 6d and 7d are provided at portions 6c and 7c exposed from the heat exchanger 3. 9 are upper flanges 6a, 7 of the tube sheets 6, 7 so as to cover the heat exchanger 3;
This is a top plate that is detachably fixed to part a with screws 10. As shown in FIG. 2, B is the width dimension of the top plate 9, and A is the dimension between the mounting portions 6d and 7d provided on the tube plates 6 and 7, so that A>B. . Reference numeral 11 denotes a heat exchanger composed of the heat exchanger 3, the tube plates 6 and 7, and the top plate 9.
Reference numeral 12 denotes a drain receiver provided with a drain pipe 13, which is fixed to the unit base 15 with screws 14 together with the lower flanges 6b, 7b of the tube plates 6, 7. The blower 5 and the compressor 4 are arranged on the leeward side of the heat exchanger 11, and the compressor 4 is cooled by the heat exchanged air that has passed through the heat exchanger 11. There is. Reference numeral 16 denotes a heat insulating box, in which an evaporator 17 and an evaporator blower 18 are arranged.

As explained above, this device has heat transfer fins through which heat transfer tubes are inserted, and refrigerant is supplied from a compressor to the heat transfer tubes and is supplied to the outer surfaces of the heat transfer tubes and heat transfer fins by a blower. A pair of heat exchange elements that exchange heat with the air to be heat exchanged, and a support part that supports the heat exchange element and forms an air passage through which the air to be exchanged passes, and is provided with a support part in a portion exposed from the heat exchange element. Cooling is achieved by providing a tube plate and a top plate which is removably fixed to the tube plate to cover the heat exchanger and which can be removed during cleaning and attached to the support part so as to block the air path. Since the apparatus is configured, when cleaning the heat exchanger, etc., by removing the top plate and attaching it to the support part so as to block the air path, it is possible to prevent the cleaning liquid such as water from splashing. This made it possible to prevent electrical leakage in electrical components such as the blower and compressor.
