【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はバーナノズルを有する燃焼装置に関す

第3図により説明すると、バーナノズル本体1に
バツクプレート2及びスプレプレート3を密着し

cの場合は第3図bの状態より歪が小さくなつて
いる。この熱膨張状態でも締付力は残つていなけ
ればならないので十分に強く締付ける必要があ

本考案は上記の状態に鑑みなされたもので、バ
ーナノズル本体に螺合されるキヤツプによりバツ

本体に押圧固定する型式の燃焼装置において、上
記キヤツプに、その前端に形成した軸心方向のス
リツトとその外面に形成した円周方向の溝とを設
けて、螺合による押圧固定時における応力緩和を

ツプの代りに、第4図に示すキヤツプ4を用い
る。すなわち第4図に示すキヤツプ4をバーナノ
ズル本体1に螺合して、バツクプレート2および
スプレプレート3をバーナノズル本体1に押し付
けるのである(第1図および第2図参照)。この
キヤツプ4は第4図に示すように、めねじ7を後
端内部に有し、このめねじ7でバーナノズル本体
1に螺合するのである。前端には軸心方向に短い
数条のスリツト5を形成してある。図示のように
これらのスリツト5は円周方向に等間隔に形成し
ておくのがよく、その長さは図示の例ではキヤツ
プの長さの約半分程である。またこのキヤツプの
外面には円周方向の溝6を形成してある。この溝
6は図示の例では3条設けてあり、その深さはキ
