For this reason, when the lights are turned on, the light shines onto the driver's seat, hindering driving, and conversely, it is too dark when looking at a map or the like. In addition, this type of room lamp only needs to be used effectively by the user, and it is conceivable to install it on the door, for example, but it is necessary to install it according to the number of seats, which causes the problem of increasing costs.

For automobiles, it does not impair the beauty or design of the vehicle interior when not in use, and does not impair livability or interfere with driving when in use, and can freely and intensively illuminate desired areas. It is intended to provide a room lamp.

A light source bulb is installed in the lamp body along the longitudinal direction of the lamp body at a position facing the irradiation window, and a semi-cylindrical reflecting mirror is installed between the light source bulb and the inner surface of the lamp body. The lamp body is installed in a storage hole formed horizontally in the side surface of the headrest so that it can move in and out along the horizontal direction, and is also installed so that it can be rotated in the circumferential direction.

置せしめる。 A room lamp C is a lighting body 1 formed into a substantially elongated cylindrical shape and having a bellows-like flexible portion 5 at its base.
It is composed of a light source bulb 2 and a reflecting mirror 7, which are housed and installed inside the lamp body 1, and an irradiation window 4 is formed on the peripheral side, and a lens 6 is installed in the irradiation window 4. That is, the lamp body 1 is formed into a substantially elongated hollow cylindrical shape, and an irradiation window 4 is formed on the circumferential side thereof, a lens 6 is installed in the irradiation window 4, and an irradiation window is provided inside the lamp body 1. A light source bulb 2 and a reflecting mirror 7 are installed at positions facing the light source bulb 4. At this time, the light source bulb 2 is installed along the longitudinal direction of the lamp body 1, and the reflector 7 is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape, so that the light source is connected to the inner surface of the lamp body on the opposite side from the irradiation window 4 of the lamp body 1. It is installed between the valve 2 and the valve 2. The lamp body 1, ie, the lamp C, is fitted and installed in a storage hole 3 formed horizontally in the side surface B' of the headrest B so that it can freely appear and retract and can freely rotate in the circumferential direction.

It is rotatable and can be bent freely in any direction (in the direction of arrow C) by means of the bellows-like flexible portion 5 formed at the base of the lamp body 1. In addition, 8 in the figure is for operation used when changing the direction of light irradiation by making the lamp C appear and disappear from the storage hole 3 of the headrest side surface B', rotating it in the circumferential direction, or bending it from the flexible part 5. Although it is a knob, it will be easily understood that the above operation can be performed without necessarily having such an operation knob 8.

The lamp does not spoil the aesthetics or design of the vehicle interior, and is safe as there is no risk of hitting or damaging the lamp.

る。 In addition, a flexible part is formed at the base of the lamp body, and the lamp is installed so that it can move in and out of the storage hole of the headrest and rotate freely in the circumferential direction, so that the irradiation direction of the lamp can be changed back and forth, or up and down and left and right. It can be easily and freely changed in either direction.

In addition to being downsized, the reflecting mirror also serves as a heat shield for the light source bulb, and the lamp body can be protected from heat dissipation from the light source bulb over a long period of time.
よつて、所期の目的を達成し得る。 Therefore, the intended purpose can be achieved.
