(Prior art and its problems) In the pile formed on the inner peripheral surface of a conventional knit, the pile yarn is supplied together with the ground knitting yarn, and a pile loop is formed at the same time as the ground knitting. Therefore, in the case of flat knitting, since the stitches do not skip, a pile loop is formed corresponding to each stitch, resulting in a dense pile loop. However, if the ground braid is knitted with a pattern such as tuck knitting, float knitting, or lace knitting, a pile roof will be formed along with the pattern, and the pile loop will fly according to the pattern of the ground braid, resulting in IIC. There was a drawback that the loops were uneven and the appearance was very poor. Also, if you use this knitting method to create a supporter, for example, the pile loops formed on the inner circumferential surface of the supporter will fly out in some places and the eyes will become larger, making it difficult to fit when your fingernails get caught when putting on clothes. There were also problems. Therefore, if the supporter is formed by flat knitting, the above-mentioned problems such as the sparseness of the pile loops and the catching of nails will be eliminated, but the disadvantage of flat knitting is that the entire supporter will become clogged, which will impair breathability. Yes, it is not suitable for summer sabots and evenings, and a summer supporter is required that has a mesh pattern with excellent breathability, but the pile loops on the back are dense and do not fly out regardless of the pattern of the ground. It had been.

The supporter (^) is composed of a supporter body (5), rubber knitted parts (6) at both ends, and a heat retaining part (7) formed in the center of the supporter body (5). First of all, supporters (^)
Knitting is started in a cylindrical shape from one rubber knitting part (6).
Next, the supporter body (5) is knitted with the ground knitting yarn (2), and while supplying the ground knitting yarn (2), the knitting needles (1) of the pattern knitting part (X) are moved up and down according to the pattern. , a predetermined pattern is formed. Approximately 1741 mm of supporter body (5)
The area where the 7 degrees are knitted with the ground system (2) forms the heat retaining part (7) that is applied to the r shin 1 and r elbow 1, but it is for half of the entire circumference of the supporter body (5). The area of about half of the total length of the supporter body (5) becomes this heat retaining part (7), and the pile loop (4) is formed on its inner peripheral surface. Here, the knitting needles (1) are sequentially raised and lowered one by one in the loop forming part, and at the same time, the knitting needles (1)
] Corresponding to this sinker (8) is located directly above it, and the pile yarn (3) supplied in one-to-one correspondence is locked in a staggered manner, and the pile loop (4) is placed one stitch at a time. It is being formed. At this time, a pile loop (4) should be formed regardless of the pattern of the groundwork. Once the insulation part (7) has passed, the pile loop (4) is not formed and only the pile yarn (3) is simply supplied and connected in a hollow shape at the position where the pile loop (4) of the next stage is formed. Become. Of course, reverse knitting may be possible depending on the configuration of the machine. When it goes around the knitting machine 7 (N) once and returns to the pattern knitting section (X) again, the fine needle (]) moves up and down in the same way as described in 1y1 to form the next row of patterns Jt, ; , I will continue to do so. In this way, the pile loop 1 (4) is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the insulation part (A) at 111
The lines are evenly formed without being dense, resulting in rows <-'11. The pile yarn (3) in the face and heat-retaining part (7) has a thin pattern G. 'Knitted row <t: In the part where the stitches are coarse, it also appears on the front side (of course, this does not mean that the pile loop (4) appears on the front side.), and as a result, the heat retention part ()) The outer circumferential surface is formed with a relatively rough if+edge. Of course, because of this, the pattern created by the ground knitting yarn (2) will not be erased. Heat retention part (7

The shape of the insulation part (A) will be rectangular if the number of upper and lower knitting needles (1) is not changed, but the number of stitches 1-1 can be increased sequentially at the beginning of knitting, and the number of knitting openings can be sequentially decreased at the end of knitting. Depending on the situation, it can be made into a circle or a rectangle with rounded corners.
That's right. 1 will provide a better fit. Also, by closing the stitches in the part where the bending and stretching part of 11111 opposite to the heat retention part (7) hits, the heat retention part (7) can be made larger and thinner, and the part that hits the bending and stretching part can be knitted 11 times thinner. It can be made into a curved shape to match the bends of the knees and elbows. Also, pile yarn (
The surface of the woven heat-retaining part (7) in step 3) is rough and easy for adhesive to adhere to, so sprinkle a synthetic lubricant mixed with medicinal ingredients such as fragrances and medicinal herbs in a pot and dot it in time for spring. It may also be formed into a circular ring shape to match the shape of the elbow or knee.

Finally, the pile part is raised in the circumferential direction, so-called cylindrical raising or normal raising (of course, it is not necessary to do the raising only with the pile, and this can be done as necessary).
, the rubber knitted part is folded back and sewn to create a finished product.

(Effect) The present invention, as described in Jyoju, forms a pattern knitted fabric such as tuck knitting, floating knitting, or lace-like fabric with ground knitting yarn, and then applies a bar to each knitting needle that forms the patterned fabric. Since the pile yarn is fed and pile loops are formed one stitch at a time on the back side of the pattern knitted fabric, the pile loops on the back side are uniformly formed one stitch at a time without being affected by the pattern of the fabric. As a result, not only the heat retention effect of the pile forming area is not impaired, but the stiffness of the patterned knitted fabric is also not impaired, and the advantage is that the compensation effect is not reduced.
Moreover, it is ul! not only in areas where pile loops are not formed, but also in areas where pile loops are formed! The jia yarn is knitted in a mesh-like pattern, and the entire knit is knitted in a predetermined pattern, and has the advantage that the appearance is not impaired even though pile loops are formed uniformly on the back side. Since the pile loops are formed uniformly without being too dense or too dense, there is no chance of getting fingernails or toenails caught during wear, and there is an advantage that it is not only easy to use but also comfortable to wear.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the supporter body is formed of a patterned fabric such as tuck knitting, floating knitting, or lace knitting, and rubber knitted portions are formed at both ends of the supporter body. A part of the main body is used as a heat insulating part that touches each elbow 1 and r/shin j, and a pile loop is formed in each stitch of the patterned fabric on the inner circumferential surface of the heat insulating part, so the support main body has excellent breathability. Due to the mesh pattern, the inner circumferential surface of the insulating part that contacts the V elbow 1 and r shin A of the supporter body becomes a uniform pile, so the supporter body has very good breathability and does not get stuffy even in summer. At the same time, the pile density of the insulation part is high enough to provide excellent heat retention, and the stiffness of the knitted fabric is not compromised, so the compensation effect is not degraded. The eyes do not fly out, and since they are formed finely and densely, they do not catch fingernails or toenails when worn, and have the advantage of being not only easy to use but also comfortable to wear.

In addition, in the insulation part i..., the parf yarn is knitted into the pattern knitting, so that 6 appears on the surface side, and as a result, the outer circumferential surface of the insulation part is formed into a relatively 11-sided surface, which is used as a supporter. It also has the advantage that the frictional force with the inward direction of the pants does not easily rub off when it is heated, and the rough surface of the heat retention part has good adhesion for adhesives, so for example, fragrances and medicines ! Synthetic resins that have been kneaded with medicinal ingredients have the advantage of being excellent in adhesion.
