Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a characteristic of fixing work for a cover member and to reduce a cost by a method wherein a snap for passing through a coil cover and a fan cover is fixed to a punched hole arranged in a stepped part formed in an inner box and the stepped part is covered by an adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION:A partially drawn and formed step 15b is provided from a top surface of an inner box 15a to its rear surface. A punched hole 19 is formed in this stepped part 15b. A fan cover 16 for dividing a cooling unit 5 and a freezing chamber 8 and a coil cover made of thermal insulation material are fixed by a method wherein a resin-like resilient snap 18 is inserted into the punched hole 19. An adhesive tape 20 is applied at a rear side of the inner box 15a so as to cover the stepped part 15b. Then, the tape may prevent a thermal insulation material 4 from flowing into the inner box 15a. With this arrangement, a fixing and a removing of the fan cover and the coil cover may easily be carried out and their assembly cost may be reduced.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a refrigerator body, which is composed of an outer box 2, an inner box 3 made of resin, and a foamed heat insulating material 4 filled between the boxes 2 and 3. Reference numerals 5 and 6 denote a cooler and a compressor that constitute the refrigeration system; 7 a defrosting heater that melts frost adhering to the cooler 6; and 8 and 9 a partition wall 10 formed integrally with the inner box 3.
The freezer compartment and the refrigerator compartment are partitioned by a partition wall insulating material 1ob filled between the partition wall 10a and the partition wall 10a. 11
゜12 is a fan cover that covers the front of the cooler 6 and separates it from the freezer compartment 8, and a coil plate made of a heat insulating material on the cooler 6 side than the fan cover 11, which is inserted into the hole 3a provided in the inner box 3. The fan cover 11 and the coil cover 12 are fixed to the held resin snaps 13 via screws 14. With this configuration, the fan cover 11 and the coil cover 12 are fixed to snaps held in the inner box 3 by tightening them with screws 14 from the inside of the inner box 3.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above configuration, since the fan cover 11 and the coil cover 12 are fastened with the screws 14, the number of man-hours is very large and the cost is also high. In addition, there is a snap 1 in the inner box 3.
3, the inner box 3 is pushed with the snaps 13 and attached to the holes 3a provided in the inner box 3, so the thinner inner box 3 is also pushed and dented at the same time, making it difficult to install the snaps 13. There is a risk that the inner box 3 may break.

In addition, the insulation material 4 with a high foaming pressure easily flows into the inner box 3 from the gap between the hole in the inner box 3 and the snap 13, and the snap 13 may come off due to the pressure of the insulation material 4, and the inner box 3
There was a quality problem in which the parts were deformed. Furthermore, when the fan cover 11 and the coil cover 12 are to be removed for inspection or the like during work, since they are fixed with screws 14 at several locations, it takes a lot of man-hours to remove them, resulting in poor work efficiency. Note that when the operator tightens and removes the screws 14, there is a risk of being damaged by the screws 14. Furthermore, if the worker turns the screws 14 too much, the snaps 13 will be soft because they are made of resin, and the screws 14 will be turned too far and the fan cover 11 and coil cover 12 will not be fixed. Since it is inside the heat insulating material 4 which has already been foamed, the snap 13 cannot be replaced as a single part, and there is a risk that the whole refrigerator body will have to be scrapped.

EXAMPLE A refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Parts that are the same as those in the conventional example described above will be given the same numbers and explanations will be omitted, and different parts will be partially condensed from the back to the back. A stepped portion 16b formed by molding is provided. 1
Reference numeral 6.17 denotes a fan cover and a coil cover made of a heat insulating material that partition the cooler 6 and the freezer compartment 8, and these have resin-like elastic snaps 18 attached to the stepped portion 16b of the inner box 15a.
It is fixed by being inserted into a punch hole 19 provided in the. 2o is an inner box 1 with insulation material 4 foamed with adhesive tape.
In order to prevent it from flowing into the inside of the inner box 15a, it is pasted on the back side of the inner box 15a so as to cover the stepped portion 16b.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the stepped portion 16 of the inner box 16a
Since the adhesive tape 20 is pasted on the back side of the box b without any gaps, the workability of sealing is good, and since there is no gap between the inner box 15a and the adhesive tape 2o, there is no fear of inflow of heat insulating material. In addition, since a space can be maintained between the stepped portion 16b and the adhesive tape 20, when the fan cover 16 and the coil cover 17 are fixed with the snaps 18, the elasticity of the resin of the snaps 18 and the heat insulating material 4 can be maintained in the space. Because there is no inflow,
A certain elasticity is added to the inner box 15a in this part, making it easy to attach and detach the fan cover 16 and coil cover 17, and this operation can be repeated any number of times, resulting in good workability. Further, for the operator, when the fan cover 16 and the coil cover 17 are attached, there is a snapping sound, so the work is reliable. Furthermore, the inner box 16a
The stepped portion 16b has a high strength due to its own structure, and is not deformed by the pressure when the heat insulating material 4 is foamed. The structure is simple, so it is easy to work with and requires almost no man-hours.
Also, the cost will be lower. Also, resin snaps 18.
Since adhesive tape 2o is used, work safety can be ensured.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a stepped portion with punch holes provided in an inner box, a fan cover and a coil cover, snaps for attaching and fixing these to the stepped portion, and an outer box side of the inner box. To assemble at a low cost and without requiring a lot of man-hours with a simple structure consisting of an adhesive tape that tightly covers the step part. In addition, the space created by the stepped portion of the inner box and the adhesive tape prevents the snaps from being buried in the heat insulating material, making it possible to easily remove and reinstall the fan cover and coil cover when repairing the area around the cooler. In addition, conventionally, if the holes in the inner box into which the snaps are inserted are not machined accurately, the insulation material will flow in through the gap between the snaps, but if the space is maintained in the inner box with adhesive tape as described above, the insulation material will flow in. Never. In addition, when the fan cover and coil cover are fixed with snaps, the elasticity of the inner box in this area created by the above-mentioned space and the elasticity of the snaps are combined, making it easy to install and remove the fan cover and coil cover. The workability is very good because it can be done many times. Furthermore, since the stepped portion of the inner box has high strength, there is no deformation due to pressure when foaming the insulation material. In addition, since no screws are used, the worker does not get injured by the screws. Also, conventionally, screws were inserted into the snaps to secure them, but due to a work error, a screw with a long length under the neck was used to snap the snaps. If the electric wiring cord or the like is penetrated through the electric wiring cord, there is a risk that the electric wiring cord or the like may be damaged or the insulation may become defective.
