In general, most X-ray fluoroscopy tables are not equipped with a step stool, etc. for the patient to ascend and descend when the bed is in a nearly horizontal position. Or they used a chair as a substitute for a step stool. In this case, the step stool must be placed directly on the floor, and furthermore, its installation location cannot be determined, which not only hinders the doctor's diagnostic operations but also poses a risk of inadvertently placing the step stool on the floor. If you perform the raising/lowering operation, hook the step stool,
There was a risk of getting caught and causing an accident.

On the other hand, some beds are equipped with a step stool, but this slides onto the back side of the bed 1, that is, the bottom surface when the bed 1 is placed approximately horizontally, as shown in Figures 1a and b. A step body 3 is provided via a holding part 2, and when in use, the step body 3 is pulled out to the side and used, and when not in use, the step body 3 is pushed into the slide holding part 2 and stored. This step stool has the disadvantage that the step main body 3 is held and stored only by the sliding mechanism of the slide holding portion 2, and therefore a large storage space is required. Moreover, for this purpose, the slide holding part 2 is placed on the back side of the bed part 1 and the support leg parts 4 that support the bed part 1 are provided.
Since the step body 3 is disposed inwardly of the support leg 4, it interferes with the support leg 4 when the step body 3 is pulled out.Therefore, it was necessary to provide an interlock mechanism that prevents raising and lowering operations in such a state. Furthermore, when storing the step stool main body 3, it is necessary to confirm that it is completely stored to the back (there is no risk of interference with the support legs 4) in order to prevent the above-mentioned interference, and also that the storage part is located close to the bed 1. There are disadvantages in that it is difficult to locate the step stool main body 3 when trying to pull it out because it is in the shadow of the main body 3, and the operator has to rely on the operator's judgment and operation. Furthermore, with the bed section 1 in a horizontal position, when the subject ascends, he or she sits down on the bed section 1, then lifts his/her legs, and then turns his or her body approximately 90 degrees and lies down, and when descending, the subject performs the opposite movements. At this time, it is thought that the most preferable position for the subject to sit is near the longitudinal center of the bed section 1 in Figure a, but since it interferes with the support legs 4, it is recommended not to sit at such a position. It also had the disadvantage of not being able to provide a step stool.

Incidentally, as other devices, devices as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b have also been proposed (devices previously proposed by the applicant). In this device, the step device includes a side plate portion 1 extending from the side edge of the bed portion 1 toward the back side.
It is provided along the edge of the support leg 4 and is located on the side of the support leg 4. The slide section 6 and the step stool main body 7 are folded into it via the step holding storage section 5 attached to the side plate section 1a, and when in use, the step stool main body 7 folded into the slide section 6 is pulled out. , further rotate and deploy the step body 7 outward. When storing it, just do the opposite. In this device, the storage space is reduced by providing a sliding mechanism and an unfolding/folding mechanism. However, during operation, "pull out"
→ Requires two actions: “rotation and expansion”;
Furthermore, when the mechanism is stored, the inside of the mechanism can be seen from the operator's position, which is undesirable in terms of appearance. Furthermore, it is possible to facilitate the transfer of a patient to the bed section 1 when the patient is carried on a stretcher or the like, or to keep the distance between the patient and the operator small to facilitate diagnosis and operation. It is preferable to make the thickness of the side plate part 1a as thin as possible for ease of use, but in this device, the strength and space of the holding storage part 5 cannot be made thinner, so the thickness of the side plate part 1a cannot be made thinner. There were also drawbacks.

Here, the details of the configuration of the step stool device 8 are shown in FIG. 4a.
Shown in c. Figure a is a side view of the drawer in the drawn state, figure b is a side view of the stored state, and figure c is a bottom view of the figure a. In the figure, reference numeral 81 denotes a step stool holding storage part made by bending, and mounting holes 81a (three in the figure) formed in the upper part allow mounting holes provided in the partial notch 9 of the side plate part 1b. It is fixed to a metal fitting (not shown) with screws or the like. Near the lower end of this step holding storage part 81, there is a shaft A.
A step body 82, whose one end is pivotally supported, is rotatably provided. At the other end of this step main body 82, a load support part 83, one end of which is pivotally supported by a shaft B, is rotatably provided.
Further, a connecting bar supporting boss 85 is provided at the lowermost end of the step holding storage section 81 and is connected to the back wall thereof and bent outward near both sides. Two connecting bars 84, 84, one end of which is pivotally supported by a shaft C, are rotatably arranged in parallel. The other end of the connecting bar 84 is rotatably connected via the shaft D to the lower side of the rotating shaft B of the load support section 83. These two connecting bars 84, 84, shafts A, B, C, and D, and the step body 82 constitute a parallel crank mechanism. Due to this parallel crank mechanism, the direction of the load support section 83 is always maintained perpendicular to the floor surface (ie, the load direction) when the device is pulled out. In addition, by arbitrarily setting the height of shaft A from the floor, the distance between shaft B and the lower end of the load support section 83, and the distance between shafts A and B, the horizontal position of the step body 82 when the device is pulled out can be adjusted. It is possible to maintain a position and shape that will not interfere with each other during storage. Two height-adjustable feet 86, 86 are attached to the lower end of the load support section 83, so that the state of contact with the floor surface can be finely adjusted. In addition, stoppers 87a are provided on the left and right inner side walls of the stephold holding storage section 81, and when the device is stored, the load support section is fitted with stopper receivers 87b attached to the left and right outer side walls of the load support section 83. 83 etc. can be stored and held. Furthermore, a handle 88 is embedded and attached to the front surface of the load support section 83.
Note that 89, 89 (indicated by two-dot chain lines) are tension coil springs, one end of which is fixed to the inner wall of the step body 82, the other end of which is fixed to the inner wall of the load support part 83, and are provided symmetrically. There is. This spring 89
This is to cushion the falling of the movable part of the step stool due to its own weight.

The operation of the raising/lowering bed device equipped with the step device having such a configuration will be explained. First, in order to pull out the stored bed section (the state shown in FIG. 4b), it is sufficient to grasp the handle 88 and pull it forward. Then, the step body 82 rotates about the shaft A and is pulled outward, and the load support part 83 also rotates about the shaft B, and finally the parallel crank mechanism brings the step body 82 into a horizontal state. Hold, load support part 8
3 is rotated and opened so that it is perpendicular to the floor surface (state a in the figure). When storing the step stool in the step holding storage part from this state, hold the handle 88,
All you have to do is lift it up in the direction of the arrow in the figure using the shaft A as a fulcrum and push it so that it hits the back wall of the step stool holding and storage section 81. At this time, the load support section 83 is connected to the shaft A~
Parallel movement is performed by a parallel crank mechanism configured with D as a pair element, and the step is folded and stored together with the step body 82 to the state shown in FIG. 4b, and is held by the fitting of the stopper 87a and stopper receiver 87b.

According to the device of the present invention, the load applied to the step stool can be divided into two parts, the step holding storage section 81 and the load supporting section 83, so unlike conventional devices, the step device itself can be made thinner and smaller. Therefore, the thickness of the side plate portion 1b of the bed can also be reduced. Therefore, the storage space can be reduced, and diagnosis and various operations can be performed easily. In addition, since the parallel crank mechanism allows rotation and expansion to be performed with a single pull-out operation when the drawer is pulled out, it is extremely easy to operate. Furthermore, since there is no risk of interference with the support legs 4 of the bed, this step device can be installed at the center in the longitudinal direction of the bed, making the device extremely easy to use for the subject. Furthermore, since the inside of the mechanism is not visible when stored, the appearance is good.
