この考案は、主としてキツチン・カウンターな
どに用いられるトツププレートに関し、特に抜き
穴部形成部分の木口端回りに補強を施すことによ
り、機械的または熱的作用に対する強度の低下を

器具Hが嵌め込まれる四角形の抜き穴部3が切り
廻し切断形成されている。そして、抜き穴部3の
木口端3aの回りの上下両面にはFRP4が約4
〜5mm程度の厚さでもつて一体的に添設されてい

に、例えば不飽和ポリエステル樹脂液に硬化剤、
促進剤を適宜の量で配合したマトリツクス用液状
樹脂をガラスマツトまたはクロス等の補強繊維に
含浸させてなるFRP成形用生材(未硬化または
半硬化)をハンドレイアツプにより積層し、硬化
させた後、トリミング加工−仕上げ加工を行なう
ことにより抜き穴部3の木口端3a回りの上下面
に補強層としてのFRP4を一体的に添設して得

ツププレートの取付などの取扱、輸送、搬入、異
常使用(加熱器具による過加熱)などにおいて強
度不足により生ずる破損、亀裂などの事故を完全
に防止することができるとともに、FRPの一体
化もすでに成形されたトツププレート本体に対し
て行なわれるため、硬化収縮率の相違による歪の
発生がなく、熱的にも機械的にも強度のある抜き
穴部を備えたトツププレートを得ることができる
