【考案の詳細な説明】
〈産業上の利用分野〉
本考案はハロゲンヘツドランプ等の自動車用灯
具に使用される反射鏡に関し、さらに詳しくは金
属板をプレス成型して形成される金属反射鏡に関

〈従来技術〉
従来のこの種反射鏡は第3図に示す如く、一枚

ベース板cをカシメ等により一体に固着させ、そ
のバルブベース板cにバルブBの支持板B′を押
え込むバネdを取付けて構成していた。その為
に、組付工数及び部品点数が多く、コスト高とな
る不具合があつた。しかも、バルブベース板を固
着させるためのバルブベース取付用穴を比較的大
きく開口形成する必要があるので、必然的に反射
鏡部材における無効反射部分の面積が大きくなる
不具合があり、加えて反射鏡内にバルブから放熱

ストダウンを図ることが出来ると共に、反射鏡に
おける無効反射部分の面積を従来品よりも減少す
ることが出来、尚且つバルブからの熱を簡単に反
射鏡の外側へ放熱しえる自動車灯具の金属反射鏡

するべく上記ベース板の周りの一部を打ち抜き相
対峙状に起立突設させた2つの係止片と、上記係
止片を打ち抜いた部分で形成される放熱用穴とで

又、上記2つの係止片2b,2bは前記ベース板
2aの周り、詳しくは略台形状に隆起突出させた
ベース板2aと反射鏡部1との間に位置する2ケ
所を、略扇形状に一辺を残して打ち抜き起立させ
互いに相対峙状に突出させて形成し、これら係止
片2bに押えバネ4を掛止するための係合穴7を
穿設する。又、上記放熱用穴2dは前記2つの係
止片2b,2bを打ち抜いた部分でもつて形成さ
