に構築維持されるようにした天端定規に関する考
案である。

床版構築用天端定規Aの使用方法は次の通りであ

考案の技術思想を阻害するものではない。次に筒
状部13の使用説明を説明すると次の通りであ
る。あらかじめ他に用意した「トランシツト」で
コンクリートの天端より任意の位置、又は高さを
定め、その高さと等しい位置に筒状部13に摺動
自在に嵌着してある位置表示標部14を有する筒
体15を固定具16によつて筒状部13に固定
し、同筒状部13を弾性体10の鍔部12上の角
状突起部11に嵌合載置する。尚角状突起部に替
り凹陥部を穿設し嵌着することも、本考案の技術
的範囲であることは勿論である。即ち前述のトラ
ンシツトによつて決められた高さ、位置にくるよ
うに筒状部13を回転させ、ボルト本体1に螺着
してあるナツト7を弾性体10を介して回動する
と、例えばコンクリート床版の型枠3が正規の水
平位置より下方にさがつていた場合には弾性体1
0の鍔12は先方のコンクリートの天端より離反
して浮きあがるので、前記天端上を鏝で弾性体1
0の鍔12の所までコンクリートを重ね馴らせば
よく、逆にコンクリート床版の型枠3が正規の水

せず)を螺合できるようにインサート機構を兼務
させれば本考案は更に効果を増すことは勿論であ
る。敍述の如く、本考案のコンクリート床版構築
用天端定規の台座を型枠上に簡単に固定すること
が可能で天端定規を型枠上に堅実に立設して天端
定規の弾性体を回動させることにより簡単に天端
位置を調整することができ、更にコンクリート床
版の型枠自体の水平位置に誤差があつた場合で
も、容易に所定の高さを確実にに補整できるた
め、コンクリートを正確均等な所要厚ならびに水
平面に打設構築できる効果があり、また所要長さ
の弾性体を使用することによつて、厚さが異なる
種々の床版構築用として使用することが可能とな
り、その汎用性は非常に高い効果があり天端定規
として従来品に比較して、その信頼性の面でも格
段の優秀性を有するものである。またコンクリー
トが硬化する以前に弾性体を台座に立設したボル
ト本体より取除き、鏝で仕上げ作業をすることに
より、コンクリート中に貫通孔ができることを防
止でき、またコンクリート前に突出物を残さず、
更にコンクリート中に異質の部材が床版を上方か
ら、下方にかけて貫通していないので、洩水事故
等の原因を防止できる等本考案のコンクリート構
築用天端定規は極めて実用性に富む効果を有する
ものである。
