The holding member of the present invention is placed inside the formwork,
It is fixed by bolts etc. that pass through the formwork from the outside of the formwork, and the separator is made of iron rods with the ends bent at right angles. have In particular, since the elongated hole is provided so that the separator can be engaged with the vertical portion over a long section, the separator can be securely locked without deforming the separator. and,
According to the present invention, the engagement relationship between the separator and the holding member is reliable, and deformation of the ends of the separator can be prevented, so a vibrator etc. can be used when pouring concrete for walls etc. Even when vibration is applied to the formwork, the engaging portion between the separator and the holding member does not deform, and the formwork can be fixed in the correct position.

By the way, separators used for fixing formwork and maintaining the spacing between formworks are usually provided with screws at both ends, the threaded parts protrude through the formwork, and are attached to the outside of the formwork. It is often locked to a formwork fixing member. In this case, when the separator is used after pouring concrete and removing the formwork after it hardens, the end of the separator will protrude from the surface of the concrete wall, so this protruding part should be broken off. By filling holes in the wall,
I try to finish the walls with a smooth surface.

In addition, separators with right-angled bent portions at both ends are shaped like so-called eye bolts in which the heads of bolts, etc. that pass through the formwork plate are formed into a flat plate with a hole in the center. Some devices have bent portions of the separator locked in the holes.

In this case, since the bolt head is a thin plate and the tension is small, the separator end often comes off easily due to shock or vibration, and the separator end may break. It was often impossible to maintain the spacing between the concrete formworks to a specified wall thickness, as the bends were stretched and could no longer maintain a right-angled shape.

When using a separator with bent portions formed at right angles at both ends, the present invention provides locking holes that can engage the bent portions of the separator over as long a section as possible, and also provides a locking hole that allows the bent portions of the separator to be engaged over as long a section as possible. By fixing a holding member provided with a fixing member to the inside of the formwork, and fixing the above-mentioned separator between the holding members,
It is designed to maintain the form spacing, and vibrations and impacts during concrete pouring will prevent the separator from disengaging from the holding member.
Alternatively, inconveniences such as the bent portions of the separator ends being expanded can be completely prevented.

The protruding portion of the head member 2 is screwed into the hole 10 at the bottom of the tip member 8, and both members 2 and 8 are integrated. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the holding member 1 is attached to the formwork 19 using the bolts 18, and the holes 13, 1
When the hanging part 17 of the separator 16 is inserted into the separator 4, the uneven surface 7 of the protruding part 6 comes into contact with the side surface of the hanging part 17, and the hanging part 17 is connected to the upper part and the lower part 11, 12 and the protruding part 6. It can be locked in three places.

In the holding member 1 of the present invention, since the part exposed to the concrete wall is made of plastic, its surface will not corrode like metal, and the screw hole remaining in the head part is the same as the hole left after removing the conventional cone. By filling the hole with a plug, the wall can be completely waterproofed.

As mentioned above, the holding member of the present invention has a point-contact engagement relationship, whereas the conventional holding member has a point-contact engagement relationship.
Since the holding member and the separator engage in three places and are in contact over a wide area, even if extra tension is applied to the separator during concrete pouring, the bent part will not stretch like in the conventional case. There is no risk of it slipping out or slipping out.
