Various methods have been used in the past to make the reflector of a UHF band receiving antenna foldable to facilitate packing and handling, and to deploy and fix the reflector during use. It has not always been possible to obtain something desirable. That is, the most common method is to combine the pivot parts of the reflector support members to the arm and pivot them with screws, loosen and fold the nuts of the screws, and tighten the nuts when deployed and fixed. It is not always easy to deploy the reflector support member at a high place where the antenna is installed and to tighten the nut in that state, and the handling is complicated. I can't. For this reason, in order to fix the deployment angle position, a concave-convex lock structure was adopted between mutual support members, as in Utility Model Application No. 49-29844, Utility Model Publication No. 51-46912, and Utility Model Application Publication No. 49-30829. 56−11504
Then, for the unveiling, we set up a hatsujo, and furthermore,
-16812, various proposals have been made regarding positioning using special U-shaped screw rods, but in 16812, the uneven locking structure between mutual supporting members requires, for example, holes and small protrusions or recesses. Accuracy cannot be achieved due to the relatively shallow locking relationship between the hole and the small protrusion, and for this reason separate tightening with bolts and nuts is required. Even if the locking structure between the support members is accurate, it is achieved by tightening with a special tightener, and although each has its own characteristics in its handling, There is no change in relying on the tensioner, which is not desirable when working at heights.

The present invention has been devised after repeated studies in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and the implementation thereof is explained as shown in the attached drawings. The general structural relationship of the present invention is shown in Fig. 1. In this example, a reflector support member 2 on which an element 3 is arranged is opposed to an arm 1 made of a circular pipe material by means of rivets 4, and the base ends of these support members 2 are pivotally connected in a pivot hole. , these supporting members 2
The configuration is shown separately in FIG. That is, at its base end, a first pivot 12 and a second pivot 12a for receiving the arm 1 are protruded on both sides,
The rivet 4 is attached to these pivot parts 12, 12a.
A second pivot hole 14 is provided for the insertion of the second pivot hole 14, which should be located on the outside when the arm 1 is symmetrically assembled and pivoted as shown in FIG. 12a is provided with a protrusion 5 on the inner surface outside the overlapping assembly range of the first pivot portion, and in contrast to such a protrusion 5, the arm 1 has a protrusion 5 when the support member 2 is fully expanded. A locking hole 15 for engagement is formed, and a joint 16 is provided between the two pivot parts 12, 12a to supplementarily join the circumferential surface of the arm 1 when it is fully deployed as described above and to define its deployed position. was also formed. It is generally known that the support member 2 is made of a synthetic resin material having some elasticity.

To explain the operation of the device according to the present invention as described above, the details are shown in FIG. 3 and below.
In the folded state of No. 2, the angular relationship is as shown in FIG.
That is, the packaging is compact like the conventional one, and in this case, the protrusion 5 is completely separated from the circumferential surface of the arm 1. The state in which both the support members 2, 2 are being opened from the state shown in FIG. 3 is as shown in FIG. The second pivot portion 12a is pushed outward a little, and the supporting members 2, 2 are smoothly deployed while being guided by the arm circumferential surface. Figures 5 and 7 in the fully expanded state where the unveiling has progressed further.
As shown in the figure, the protrusions 5, 5 are connected to the locking hole 1 of the arm 1.
The second pivot parts 12a, 12a, which had been pushed outward as shown by the imaginary lines in FIG. 8, have returned to their original states as shown by the solid lines. A stable lock state is formed. To release this unfolded state and fold it, protrusion 5,
The edge 12 protrudes from the 5 part as shown in FIG.
b is pulled up with the tip of a finger or the like. By doing this, the locks of the protrusions 5, 5 with respect to the locking hole 15 can be released, so in this state, the support members 2,
2 can be folded into arm 1 in the same way.

According to the present invention as described above, the pivot member for the arm 1 and the perforation for locking the fully expanded state of the support member are integrally formed and protruded on one of the simple pivot member and the pivot portion of the support member. A simple structure such as the protrusion 5 is sufficient; in other words, a simple rivet does not require any special screws, nuts, springs, or members for complicated lock structures on the shaft for opening and closing operations. It became a good thing to use the rod wood of
It has the advantage of being extremely easy to manufacture and assemble, and when it is deployed, the second pivot 12a is given an automatic spring action due to the relationship between the protrusion 5 and the circumferential surface of the circular arm 1, and it is fully deployed. It is easy to handle because it can automatically form a directly effective lock state with the arm 1 by the restoring action of time and easily form a stable deployed state. It is strong and stable in achieving the spring action, and the state of engagement with the arm locking hole when fully expanded is not dependent on between the pivot parts, but is performed directly on each arm independently. In addition to being stable, each support member can be opened and closed with one hand, making it suitable for work at high places. This is a highly effective design in terms of practical production.
