使用中に活線部が容易に露出されなくして安全性
の向上を図ることを目的としたものであり、その
要旨とする構成は、半割状に形成された一対の半
体を接合させてなる絶縁ハウジングと、一枚の板
材の一端に丸棒型プラグを挟持するフオーク型コ
ネクタ部を、他端に刃型プラグ部を一体に備えた
コンタクトとを有し、該絶縁ハウジングには一端
面に両半体間にまたがらせて形成した丸棒プラグ
挿脱孔を備え、前記絶縁ハウジング内にその丸棒
プラグ挿脱孔に挿入される丸棒型プラグを挟持自
在に前記コンタクトのフオーク型コネクタ部を収
容するとともに該コンタクトの刃型プラグ部を絶
縁ハウジング外に突出させ、前記両半体には両者
の接合面に突設した係合突起と、相手方半体の該
係合突起が係合された係合孔を備え、該係合孔及
び係合突起は各半体毎にコンタクト挿入孔側縁部
及びその反対側の縁部に接近させてそれぞれ一対
ずつ対称な位置に設け、前記係合孔は各半体を貫
通して形成された窓穴と、該窓穴の内周面に突出
させた係止段部とからなり、かつ前記係合突起は
基部が各半体と一体成形されたばね片部と、該ば
ね片部の先端に形成された係止鉤部とからなり、
前記係止段部に対し、窓穴の絶縁ハウジング表面
側に前記係止鉤部を係止させて抜け止めしたこと
を特徴としてなる差込プラグ用アダプタに存す

構造としたことにより容易に外れず、また係合孔
は半体に貫通開口され、その内面に段部のハウジ
ング表面側に係合突起の鉤部を係合させたことに
より、治具を用いてその係合を解除できるため、
誤組立が生じてもこれを直すことができ、更に両
半体は一方側から二本ずつ、合計四本の係合突起
により互いに結合されているため片側からのみで
は両半体の結合解除が不可能であり、活線部が使
用中に露出することがなく安全性が高くなつたも
のである。
