本発明に依れば、フオームにウレタンプレポリマーを含
浸させ、該フオームに積層される補強シートに水溶性合
成樹脂をスプレーにより塗布し、このスプレーによる塗
布後に補強シートをフオームに積層し、直ちに加熱プレ
ス成形するので、水溶性合成樹脂の水が加熱されて水蒸
気化し、この水蒸気がフオームに含浸されたウレタンプ
レポリマーのイソシアネート基と反応し、高分子化され
て硬化するので、加熱成形型に水蒸気穴を設け、この水
蒸気穴より水蒸気や湿気を含んだ熱風を送り込む必要が

本実施例ではフオーム1の両面に補強シート3を積層し
たが表面または裏面の何れか一方のみ積層するものでも
よい。また表面または裏面で異なる材質とすることも出

連続気泡を有するフオームに含浸させたウレタンプレポ
リマーのイソシアネート基を反応させ、加熱プレス成形
により所望形状に接合状態でプレス成形され、且つ硬化
されるので成形型に湿式硬化設備としての水蒸気穴を設
けたり、該水蒸気穴より水蒸気や湿気を含んだ熱風等を
送り込む必要がなく、成形型の型構造が簡易で装置を大
型化させる虞れがなく、作業能率を向上出来、著しく経

させ、前記補強シートに水溶性合成樹脂をスプレーした

形することにより、前記水溶性合成樹脂中の水とウレタ
ンプレポリマーとを反応させて硬化させることを特徴と
