ローレツト加工がなされて合成樹脂製出力歯車が
圧入されているが、金属歯車と金属軸と入力歯車
の一体成形が面倒であり、部品点数も多いことか
ら合理化が必要で、金属軸を合成樹脂とすると成
形が容易になり、部品点数を削除することが出来
るが、上記と同一構成で樹脂化すると、軸と出力
歯車は樹脂同志なのでローレツト圧入がうまくゆ
かず、確実に固定出来ないからその解決構造が必
要となつた。

を設け、中心軸先端を突軸部、環状溝に圧入した
