本発明は、義肢ソケットを製作する際に注型外殻として

切断端部をソケットで覆い、自立歩行を可能とするいわ

吊持する重要な箇所であり、ソケット内面形状が適当で
なく体重荷重が断端の通切な部分で行なわれていなけれ
ば歩行時に痛みを生じることとなるし、腰椎の前彎や体
幹の側屈などの異常歩行をきたす原因ともなり、その製

またこの製作方法は、義足に限らず義手の場合であって

いためにバッグは再度の使用に耐えられず、使い捨て式

ものでありながら、そうした問題を解消する斬新なソケ
ットの製作方法を開発した。それは、プラスチック(ポ
リエステル)と水を混合させた上でエマルジョン化し、
そのまま硬化させた後乾燥させて連続気泡体を得るとい
うもので、水を含んだプラスチックを攪拌するという工
程が加わるだけで、吸湿通気性に優れ、軽量で木質感の

ーをその材質として採用した点、及びさらにより好適な
ものとして伸縮性を有するシームレスな筒状繊維を該シ

有する筒状のものである。但し従来のバッグのように継
