ある。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a support fitting for standing up flexible pipes, and is mainly used during building construction work to temporarily fix highly flexible electric conduit pipes buried in floor slabs or other surfaces in a rising shape on the slab. The present invention relates to a support fitting for standing up a flexible tube, which supports the flexible tube and reliably prevents it from falling down when pouring concrete material, especially from falling to the left and right when it is stood up.

つた。 Traditionally, when performing various types of wiring on concrete slabs during concrete building construction work,
Electrical conduits are built up on the slab and temporarily supported, then concrete material is placed and buried and fixed. However, since the electric conduit in the upright state is open, it is necessary to appropriately close it. On the other hand, when supporting conduit pipes to be buried in an upright manner, there is no problem in supporting them if they are made of rigid steel pipes, but it may be necessary to make them easier to align with wiring equipment such as outlet boxes. In the case of flexible synthetic resin pipes and spiral band metal pipes, it is difficult to maintain an upright support state due to their flexibility. Therefore, if a support means is used to support it from the outside, the support means will get in the way after the embedding is completed, and in some cases, it will require extremely troublesome work such as backfilling after removal. のである。 Therefore, this idea was devised in view of the points mentioned above, and its gist is that the support is bent into a mountain shape and comes into contact with the outer periphery of the flexible tube that is to be supported in an upright manner on the concrete slab. form,
Standing legs are bent and suspended from both ends of this support part, and horizontal legs are bent and extended from these rising legs, so that the support part, rising legs, and horizontal legs are all assembled. It is formed integrally by bending a single rod of an appropriate diameter, and the horizontal leg has a means for attaching it to the panel or slab reinforcement, which makes it possible to avoid heat when pouring concrete. It is extremely easy to use, as it does not fall over and maintains its standing position, and in particular prevents it from falling to the left or right side when it is stood up. It has a simple configuration and can be provided at low cost without increasing the economic burden.

The support portion 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is bent into a substantially U-shape in plan view so as to be suitable for supporting one flexible tube P. Fourth
The support part 1 in the figure is bent into a planar waveform so that it can support a plurality of flexible tubes P, and each recess into which the flexible tubes P are directly stored and set is as shown in the figure. Of course, the shape is not limited to a flat, substantially V-shape. By doing this, it is possible to support a plurality of flexible tubes P in parallel, and by making them symmetrical in the front-rear direction, it is possible to support a plurality of flexible tubes P from both opposite directions at the same time (Fig. (not shown).
The support part 1 in FIGS. 5 and 6 has a pair of side support recesses 2 having a substantially U-shape in plan at both ends,
A plane approximately U in the opposite direction to the side support recesses 2 is provided through the vertically disposed downward portions 4 between the side support recesses 2.
It has a series of central support recesses 3 in the shape of a letter.
By doing this, it is possible to support two conduit pipes P in parallel as shown in Fig. 5, and it is also possible to support one conduit P as shown in Fig. 6, both of which have a reliable standing shape. I can firmly support you. In addition, when supporting multiple flexible tubes P at the same time, it is convenient to make the mutual spacing correspond to the mutual spacing between knockout holes in wiring boxes such as outlet boxes, which is usually 44 mm. .

The rising leg part 5 has a height sufficient to maintain the bent standing state of the flexible tube P itself, and the horizontal leg part 6 has a height sufficient to maintain the bent state of the flexible tube P itself. It is made to have a sufficient length to resist repelling force and in relation to attachment means 7 and 10, which will be described later.

性が一層増大する。 At this time, as shown in the figure, the horizontal leg part 6 is bent from the end of the rising leg part 5 at the lower part of the support part 1 that supports the flexible tube P. That is, when viewed from the side, the entire structure consisting of the supporting part 1, which is oriented slightly upward in order to sufficiently resist the rectilinear restoring force, the rising leg part 5, which is raised diagonally, and the horizontal leg part 6, is collapsed. It is made to have a V-shape (see Figures 2 and 3). By doing so, when the flexible tube P, which has been bent by standing up, tries to straighten to restore its original shape, a load is applied toward the inner part of the recess in the support part 1. However, the horizontal leg portions 6 firmly support this, preventing it from falling over, and further increasing the installation stability.

The flexible tube P is firmly supported at a predetermined position so that it does not deviate from the mounting set position. 1, 2, and 4 to 6 show attachment means 7 to the panel W, and this attachment means 7 crushes a part of the horizontal leg 6, and A through hole 9 is drilled in the portion to allow a fixing nail 8 to be inserted therethrough. according to this,
Since it is fixed to the surface of the panel W with the fixing nail 8 inserted through the through-hole 9, the through-hole 9, that is, the collapsed portion position is provided near the part connected to the rising leg 5, so that it can be easily installed. can further increase the stability of. The formation position of this 9 is not limited to the substantially central position of the horizontal leg portion 6 as shown in the figure, and since it is fixed to the surface of the panel W, it can be used even in a place where slab reinforcement S is not arranged. FIG. 3 shows an attachment means 10 to the slab reinforcement S, and this attachment means 10 uses a binding wire material 11 for tying together the horizontal leg portion 6 and the slab reinforcement S. . For example, a wire is used as the binding wire material 11, and according to this, the horizontal leg portions 6 that are made to follow the slab lines S are made as long as possible to determine the binding position of each horizontal leg portion 6. Further mounting stability can be obtained by increasing the spacing. In any case, if one of the two attachment means 7 and 10 is formed, the other cannot be formed.
There is no problem in allowing both 7 and 10 to coexist, but it is rather desirable that they coexist.

る。 This device is constructed as described above, and when used, according to a predetermined design, the panel W is attached to the panel W using either of the mounting means 7, 10 in a position where the flexible pipe P such as a conduit pipe is raised. Alternatively, attach and set this devised metal fitting to the slab reinforcement S, and store the upright portion of the bent portion of the flexible tube P in the recesses 2 and 3 of the support portion 1;
If necessary, it is tied appropriately at the support part 1, and then concrete material is poured into it to form a concrete slab F. At this time, if necessary, it is sufficient to insert the standing maintenance rod 21 bent into an L shape from the opening of the flexible tube P, and cover the opening of the flexible tube P with the cap body 20. The flexible tube P is maintained upright, and entry of the tube into the flexible tube P is reliably prevented.

However, the support part 1 supports the rectilinear restoring force of the flexible tube P and prevents it from falling down, and the recess in the support part 1 supports the flexible tube P in the left and right direction. Since both sides support it, it can withstand external forces from any direction and maintain its standing position reliably.

It is supported by both sides of the recess formed by bending into a mountain shape, and it is possible to more completely maintain the upright position, which is difficult to do with only the internal type upright maintaining rod 21, for example.

Even if the concrete material is poured and buried while attached to the panel W or the slab reinforcement S, the economic burden is small. In addition, when burying, the ideal usage condition is to bury the whole of this devised metal fitting, but even if the upper half of the support part 1 and other parts are exposed during burying, it must be removed at the end of the burying work. Since it is easy to cut and remove, it does not get in the way.
