ロークについてかかる力を加えるものであり、し
かもその力はせいぜい1000g重以下に抑えること
が嵌合強度の調整で十分可能なので内針引抜時に
引続き血管内に留置する留置カテーテルに大きな
振れを生ずる原因となる引抜力とはならないので
安全な操作性を担保できる。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 内針をガイドとして血管内に刺通留置される
留置カテーテルの後端部に、カテーテルハブ、可
撓性チユーブ、及びコネクターを順に一体連結
し、後端部に内針ハブを一体連結した中空の内針
を上記コネクターよりカテーテル内に挿通してそ
の先端を所要寸法突出させ、上記コネクターに対
し液密に上記内針を挿通させるとともに上記コネ
クターに被嵌するシールキヤツプを備えて成る血
管内留置針において、 上記シールキヤツプは、上記コネクターの内面
と液密嵌合する突状部と、該突状部の内側に内針
を液密状態に維持して摺動可能に挿通し得る内針
挿通孔と、該突状部の外側に存しておりコネクタ
ーの外側に被嵌する外筒部と、該外筒部と該突状
部の間に存しており該シールキヤツプと該コネク
ターを係止するための係止手段の一方とを備えた
弾性成形体であり、 また上記係止手段の他方は上記コネクターに備
えられていることを特徴とする血管内留置針。 2 係止手段は、ねじ結合としてシールキヤツプ
の外筒部の内面に形成された雄ねじおよび雌ねじ
のうちの一方であるとともにコネクターの外面に
形成された前記雄ねじおよび雌ねじのうちの他方
であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記
載の血管内留置針。 3 係止手段は、ねじ結合としてシールキヤツプ
が突状部と外筒部の間に中間筒部を備えてその外
面に形成された雄ねじおよび雌ねじのうちの一方
であるとともにコネクターが端面より肉厚内に該
中間筒部を収容する環状溝を備えてその外側壁に
形成された前記雄ねじおよび雌ねじのうちの他方
であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記
載の血管内留置針。 4 係止手段は、シールキヤツプの外筒部に掘込
まれたL形スリツトおよび該L形スリツトにL形
に侵入して係合する突起のうちの一方であるとと
もにコネクターの外面に掘込まれたL形スリツト
および該L形スリツトにL形に侵入して係合する
突起のうちの他方であることを特徴とする特許請
求の範囲第1項記載の血管内留置針。 5 係止手段は、シールキヤツプの外筒部の内面
に掘込まれたL形溝および該L形溝にL形に侵入
して係合する突起のうちの一方であるとともにコ
ネクターの外面に掘込まれたL形溝および該L形
溝に侵入して係合する突起のうちの他方であるこ
とを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の血管
内留置針。 6 係止手段は、シールキヤツプの外筒部の内面
に形成された端縁より直線状に掘込んで奥行端を
一段深い窪みとした直溝および該直溝に侵入して
窪みに落込んで係合する突起のうちの他方であ
り、外筒部とコネクターとの間に所要間隔をもた
せたことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載
の血管内留置針。 7 係止手段は、コネクターの外面に突部を形成
するとともにシールキヤツプの外筒部の内面に該
突部に上記可撓性チユーブ側より係合する突部を
形成したことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項
記載の血管内留置針。 8 コネクター内面を端面に向つて大径となる雌
テーパー筒面に形成するとともにシールキヤツプ
の突状部の外面を該雌テーパー筒面に液密嵌合す
る雄テーパー筒面に形成したことを特徴とする特
許請求の範囲第1項ないし第7項のいずれかに記
載の血管内留置針。 9 シールキヤツプの突状部の雄テーパー筒面と
端面とを丸味のない角をもつて交わるように形成
したことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第8項に記
載の血管内留置針。 10 内針はシールキヤツプよりも刃先側の外面
に該シールキヤツプに当接して穿刺時に内針刃先
が留置カテーテル内に後退するのを防止する係止
部を一体的に備えているものである1項ないし第
9項のいずれかに記載の血管内留置針。
