ヤリジに関するものである。

せる後退カムとが左右に直列状に配置されてい
る。そして、同キヤリジによるアーガイル編の場
合において、編成終了後の編針のバツトは、前後
二群に選別する必要が無いにも拘らず、同編針の
バツトが選針部材の位置を通過して、その影響
(特に、圧下カムによるバツトの下降動作)を受
け、その後、前記ベラ抜けカムによつてベラ抜け
位置の前方に前進されていた。

4により前進されて連絡通路Fを通り、さらにベ
ラ抜けカム25により前進された後、後退カム2
6により後退されて前記選針位置に導出される。
したがつて、編針のバツトは選針部材による選別
作用を受けることなく、選針位置に導出されるこ
とになる。なお、アーガイル編の場合における編
針のバツトの通過経路を図に一点鎖線Zで示し

は、前記後方案内通路を開閉しかつ閉じた時その
通路の編針のバツトを前記連絡通路に導入させる
後方切替えカムを支持したことにより、アーガイ
ル編及び二色同時編込み編がともにできるキヤリ
ジにおいて、前記したキヤリジの横幅(左右方向
の長さ)の短縮化、及びアーガイル編時に編針の
バツトが無用の選針作用を受けることなく騒音及
び摩耗の防止等に有益なる効果を発揮する。

記連絡通路に導入させる前方切替えカムを支持
し、前記選針部材の前方に、外側に向かつて案内
される前方案内通路の編針のバツトをベラ抜け位
置に前進させるベラ抜けカムと、そのベラ抜けカ
ムにより前進された編針のバツトを前記前方案内
通路に後退させる後退カムとを設けたキヤリジに
於いて、 前記選針部材と前方案内通路との間に、その通
路方向に延長されかつ内端部が前記連絡通路に臨
む横長の仕切壁を設け、その仕切壁には、前記後
方案内通路を開閉しかつ閉じた時その通路の編針
のバツトを前記連絡通路に導入させる後方切替え
