(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は先軸とキヤツプからなる1本の軸内に
シヤープペンシルと他の筆記体例えばボールペン
を収納して、先軸に対するキヤツプの回転操作に
よつてシヤープペンシルと他の筆記体の先端筆記

し、且つキヤツプには更に時計を内蔵した時計付

大半部を収納すると共に、先軸36に対し回転自
在なキヤツプ24の内部に時計モジユール20を
組込んだケーシング21を収納した時計内蔵筒2

軸方向に変位するカム斜面6を前端縁に沿つて円
周状に設け、そのカム斜面6の最前端位置には切
欠部7を設け、又、後端寄りの内面部にはツバ部
47(第1図参照)を突設している。円筒カム5
はそのツバ部47を周溝2に嵌入させると共にそ
のカム斜面6に上記摺動コマ14,14′をスプ
リング38,38′によつて接触させながらガイ
ド筒1の外周部に配され、ガイド筒1に対し円周
方向に略180゜回転自在で、右回転限界でカム斜面
6の前端の切欠部7がシヤープペンシル4の摺動
コマ14と係合して後記する先軸36の先端口か
らシヤープペンシル4の先端筆記部を突出させ
(第1図の状態)、又、左回転限界でカム斜面6の
前端の切欠部7がボールペン8の摺動コマ14′
と係合して先軸先端口からボールペン8の先端筆
記部を突出させる。そして、シヤープペンシル4
の先端筆記部を先軸先端口から突出させた状態で
円筒カム5のツバ部47は第1図のように周溝2
の一端の縦溝46の後端に位置して円筒カム5が
ガイド筒1に対して軸方向に前進可能となつてお
り、円筒カム5を前進させればシヤープペンシル
4がノツクされた芯を繰り出すことができる。
尚、ボールペン8の先端筆記部を先軸先端口から
突出させた状態では、ツバ部47が周溝2に嵌入
しているので、勿論、円筒カム5はノツク不能で
ある。ガイド筒1の前端部は接合筒10の後端内
面部に挿入されて軸方向に移動不能で且つ円周方
向にも回転不能に固着されている。ガイド筒1及
び接合筒10は装着筒12の内部に挿入され、接
合筒10の外面部に設けたリブ9を装着筒12の
内面部に圧着させて固定されている。ガイド筒1
の外周部に配された円筒カム5もカム斜面6を含
む大半部を装着筒12の内部に収納されている。
装着筒12はその略全体を先軸36の内部に挿入
され、その外面部に設けたリブ11を先軸36の
内面部に圧着させて着脱自在に固定される。従つ
て、円筒カム5はその大半部が先軸36内に収納
されている。尚、第5図は接合筒10と装着筒1
2の他の固定方法を示したもので、上記と同様に
ガイド筒1と固着した接合筒10の前端部に中継
管13が固着され、この中継管13が装着筒12
の前端内面部に固着されたものである。上記ガイ
ド筒1の溝3,3′に嵌装されて円筒カム5の回
動にともない軸方向に前後動する摺動コマ14,
14′は、第3図及び第4図に示すように、溝3,
3′の外部へ突出して溝3,3′の両側の縁に掛合
するハリ出し部15を設けている。これは円筒カ
ム5のカム斜面6によつて摺動コマ14,14′
に円周方向の力が加わつた場合に摺動コマ14,
14′が溝3,3′の内部で回動するのを防止する
ためのものである。円筒カム5の後端は装着筒1
2の後端より僅かに突出し、その外周部には装着
筒12に圧入固着した接続管16が配され、接続
管16の外周部にはスプリングワツシヤー18を
介在させて飾りリング17とストツパー19を配
している。ストツパー19は接続管16と固着し
ている。円筒カム5の後端部には時計内蔵筒22
の前端部が圧入固着されて連結している。時計内
蔵筒22には時計モジユール20を収納固着した
ケーシング21が収納され、更に後端部にはブツ
シユ23が圧入固着されている。時計内蔵筒22
の外周部には後方からキヤツプ24が被嵌され、
キヤツプ24の前端は上記の飾りリング17と固
着される。従つてキヤツプ24は飾りリング17
を介して接続管16に対して円周方向に回転自在
で軸方向には移動不能となり、更に接続管16及
び装着筒12を介して先軸36に対しても円周方
向に回転自在で軸方向に移動不能となる。キヤツ
プ24はその側面の一箇所に後端縁から前方へ向
かう軸方向の切欠溝25を設けている。時計内蔵
筒22の後端に固着したブツシユ23の後端面に
はクリツプ26の取付部が当接され更にこれを挟
着するように電池ケース30が当てがわれ、電池
ケース30はクリツプ26の取付部を貫通してケ
ーシング21に螺着している。電池ケース30に
は電池31、接点コマ28、接点バネ27及び絶
縁材29が収納され、電池ケース30の後端には
キヤツプ24の後方へ突出するカバー32が嵌着
されている。クリツプ26はキヤツプ24の切欠
溝25を貫通して外部に突出している。従つてキ
ヤツプ24を回転させるとクリツプ26も回転
し、クリツプ26が固着された時計内蔵筒22も
回転し、時計内蔵筒22と固着した円筒カム5も
一体的に回転することになる。又、キヤツプ24
に設けた切欠溝25はクリツプ26が少なくとも
ノツクストロークだけ前進できるようにその軸方
向の長さを設定されている。上記時計内蔵筒22
の側面部には窓部が開設されて同所には時計モジ
ユール20の時刻表示部34を透視可能な透明な
枠板33が取り付けられ、又、キヤツプ24の側
面部において時計内蔵筒22の窓部と対向する位
置にも窓部35(第2図参照)が設けられてキヤ
ツプ24の外部から時刻表示部34を視認可能で

で、円筒カムがキヤツプ内に位置していなくとも
キヤツプの回転操作によつてクリツプ及び時計内
蔵筒を介して円筒カムが一体的に回転できるよう
になり且つ軸方向にも移動できるようになつたの
で、円筒カムの大半部を先軸内に収納すると共に
キヤツプ内には時計のみを配することによつてキ
ヤツプの長さを抑えることが可能となつた。よつ
てキヤツプと先軸の長さのバランスがとれて良好

シル4の先端筆記部を先軸先端口から突出した状
態で上記円筒カム5のツバ部47をガイド筒1の
周溝2の一端に連通するように設けた縦溝46に
位置せしめて円筒カム5の軸方向の往復運動を可
能とすることによりシヤープペンシル4の芯の繰
り出しを可能にした筆記具において、上記ガイド
筒1と一体的に先軸内に固定する装着筒12内に
円筒カム5のカム斜面6を含む大半部を収納する
と共に、先軸36に対し回転自在なキヤツプ24
の内部に時計モジユール20を組込んだケーシン
グ21を収納した時計内蔵筒22を配して、当該
時計内蔵筒22の前端を円筒カム5の後端に一体
的に固着し、一方、時計内蔵筒22の後端にクリ
ツプ26を固着すると共に、キヤツプ24にはク
リツプ26を貫出させることによりクリツプ26
と時計内蔵筒22を介してキヤツプ6と円筒カム
5を円周方向に回転一体的とする軸方向の切欠溝
25を設け、当該切欠溝25の軸方向の長さをク
リツプ26が少なくともノツクストロークだけ前
進可能な長さに設定したことを特徴とする時計付

The brim portion 47 of the cylindrical cam 5 is made to be selectively retractable in and out of the tip opening of the tip shaft, and the collar portion 47 of the cylindrical cam 5 is inserted into the circumferential groove 2 of the guide tube 1 with the tip writing portion of the sharp pencil 4 protruding from the tip opening of the tip shaft. A writing instrument that enables the lead of a sharp pencil 4 to be drawn out by being positioned in a vertical groove 46 provided in communication with one end to enable axial reciprocating movement of the cylindrical cam 5, which is integrated with the guide tube 1. Most part of the cylindrical cam 5 including the cam slope 6 is housed in the mounting cylinder 12 which is fixed inside the tip shaft 36, and the cap 24 is rotatable with respect to the tip shaft 36.
A clock built-in tube 22 housing a casing 21 incorporating a clock module 20 is disposed inside the clock built-in tube 22, and the front end of the clock built-in tube 22 is integrally fixed to the rear end of the cylindrical cam 5. The clip 26 is fixed to the rear end of the cap 22, and the clip 26 is made to protrude from the cap 24.
An axial notch groove 25 is provided to allow the cap 6 and the cylindrical cam 5 to rotate integrally in the circumferential direction via the clock built-in cylinder 22, and the axial length of the notch groove 25 is set so that the clip 26 has at least a knock stroke. A double-action writing instrument with a clock, characterized by being set to a length that allows it to move forward.
