従来の技術
従来、屋内で使用している化学繊維ジュータンや玄関フ
ロア−で使用するマットにおいては、定期的にクリーニ
ングして付着した汚物を除去しているものであり、脱色
したり、褪色した場合には染料に浸漬して染色している

発明が解決しようとする問題点
しかしながら、染色する場合には温度８０°Ｃ以上の熱
湯に染料や色止剤を入れた後にジュータンやマットを浸
漬しているものであり、敷込みジュータンの様な大物の
染色においては、大型の槽体が必要であるため染色が不
可能であり、大型の槽体を設置するには設備、場所等に
多大な経費を要するものである。そこで、出願人は、ア
ルコールで希釈した水性ペイントをスプレーガンでもっ
て吹付けて染色する方法を開発し、特願昭６２−２６７
２５７号として出願した。しかし、水性ペイントは溶剤
の粒子が荒いためクリーニング時に色落ちし易く、また
防汚液をも吹付けるため二度手間を要する欠点があった

て、色落ちを防止すると共に作業工程も短縮したことを

大きい形状のジュータンは染色が不可能であった。そこ
で、本発明においては、油性ペイント又は７タル酸樹脂
ペイントを溌水溌油剤と混合撹拌した染色液をスプレー
ガンでもって吹付けながら染色するものである。溌水溌
油剤のフッ素率を４５乃至５０％としているのはこれ以
外で色落ちを発生し易いためであり、１１１トリブエタ
ンとトリクロトリフルエタンを混合した薄め液で溌水溌
油剤を希釈し、油性ペイントやフタル酸樹脂ペイントを
希釈した溌水溌油剤に加えることによってスプレーガン
による吹付けが容易となり、廃水撥油剤は防汚性もある
ため、別に防汚剤を吹付ける必要もなく、作業工程が短
縮されて効率があがり、新しい化学繊維マットやジュー
タンの染色や中古のジュータンやマットの再生染色を容
易化し得るものである等、前記した顕著な諸効果を奏す
