PURPOSE:To change molding conditions without stopping the operation of a molding machine by renewing automatically a molding condition memory in an injection molding machine control device every time a product plan is put in by a product control device. CONSTITUTION:A product control device consists of an injection molding machine control device 11 and a product control device 17. A molding condition memory 16 provided in the injection molding machine control device 11 stores various kinds of molding conditions and can be put in from a keyboard 15. A product information data memory 18 of the product control device 17 stores the product information data formed by coding and combining molding parameters such as a plurality of molds and the like. A product plan memory 19 of the product control device 17 stores a product plan including the kind of products, number of products and the like. Said plan is put in from the keyboard 15 into the product plan memory 19. A molding condition making device 20 of the product control device 17 makes molding conditions set for the product plan and puts them out into the molding condition memory 16. Thus, the content of the memory can be removed automatically.

ロット生産が了ると、都度成形条件を変更して、並べら
れたコード番号順に複数の成形ロットの生産を続行する
射出成形機の生産管理制御装置において、各種の成形条
件を記憶した成形条件メモリと、成形条件メモリに記憶
された成形条件を生産ロソト順に並べて設定する設定部
を有する射出成形機制御装置と、複数個の金型、色或い
はパージング作業、金型交換作業等の成形パラメータを
全てコード化して組合せた製品情報データを記憶する製
品情報データメモリと製品の種類や生産個数等の生産計
画を入力され、記憶する生産計画メモリに基き成形条件
を作成するとともに、作成した成形条件で前記射出成形
機制御装置内の成形条件メモリを自動的に更新する成形
条件作成装置を有する生産管理用制御器とから成る射出
成形機の生産管理制御装置とした。

運転が行われる。即ち、火成形条件準備開始、火成形条
件読み取シ、火成形条件書込み、火成形条件準備OK

御装置と、複数個の金型、色或いはパージング作業、金
型交換作業等の成形パラメータを全てコード化して組合
せた製品情報データを記憶する製品情報データメモリと
製品の種類や生産個数等の生産計画を入力され、記憶す
る生産計画メモリに基き成形条件を作成するとともに、
作成した成形条件で前記射出成形機制御装置内の成形条
件メモリを自動的に更新する成形条件作成装置を有する
生産管理用制御器とから成る射出成形機の生産管理制御
装置。 2)前記生産管理用制御器の生産計画メモリはICカー
ド等の外部記憶媒体からの入出力が可能であることを特
徴とする前記特許請求の範囲第1項記載の射出成形機の
生産管理制御装置。 3)前記射出成形機制御装置はICカード等の外部記憶
媒体から入力可能であることを特徴とする前記特許請求
の範囲第1項記載の射出成形機の生産管理制御装置。 4)前記成形条件作成装置は生産計画が生産計画メモリ
