Claims (1)
- 複数の開口を設けた密閉空間に弁体を設置し、
その弁体に形状記憶合金製の駆動部材を連結する
か又はその弁体自身を形状記憶合金製として温度
制御により変位可能に形成し、その弁体の変位に
より前記複数の開口間の連通・遮閉を行うことを
特徴とする切替弁。
