沸かし器において、制御手段７に温度検出素子６
と、タイマー時間設定手段２１と、タイマー時間
表示素子１９と、保温切替手段２２と、保温状態
表示手段２３と、報知手段２４と、容器２底面に
設けられた超音波センサー９とを接続し、タイマ
ー時間設定手段２１にてタイマー時間Ａをセツト
した時にその時間Ａをタイマー時間表示素子１９
に表示させ保温状態切替手段２２にて指定してあ
るいずれかの保温状態を入力しその保温状態の保
温状態表示手段２３に表示させ超音波センサー９
を用いて容器２の水量を検出しその検出した水量
により容器２内の水が沸とうするまでの時間Ｂを
計算し前記タイマー時間Ａから前記計算した時間
Ｂを減算しその時間Ａ−Ｂ経過後に発熱体４への
通電を開始しお湯の沸とうを温度検出素子６にて
検出した時報知手段２４に報知させる様に制御す
る制御手段７としたことを特徴とする電気湯沸か
