Abstract

PURPOSE:To contemplate an improvement in roof repair work, by constructing a new folded- plate roof above previous constructed folded-plate roof an approximate over-all surface of which is coated with rust preventive reinforcing layer, such that an adequate space is formed between the new and previous roofs by means of a support member having a bearing flange with which a fitting part of the new roof is engaged. CONSTITUTION:A previously constructed folded-plate roof is composed of bottom parts 1 and inverted V-shaped trapezoidal parts 2, which are continuously arranged in an alternate manner such that the trapezoidal part 2... is formed at the outermost end in the direction of width thereof. An upstanding roof wall A1... of the previous folded-plate roof A is affixed onto a beam while the bottom part 1 is tightened onto a structural member 3 by means of bolts and nuts 4. Then, a rust preventive reinforcing layer B is applied primarily on the upper surface and, if desired, the lower surface of the previous folded-plate roof A. A folded- plate roof C to be newly constructed is of a fit joint type which comprises a roof panels C1. The roof panel C1 is provided wit fitting parts 8, 8 each of which engages a bearing flange of a support member D. The newly constructed folded-plate roof C is disposed above the previous one by means of the supporting member. Between the new and previous roofs is formed an adequate gap 12. This enables to easily and quickly perform boltless fitting work of the roof upper part.

Traditionally, when a metal folded roof becomes obsolete or corrodes after long-term use and rainwater begins to enter the room, it becomes necessary to replace it with a new roof. It was removed and replaced with a new roof. In addition, metal folded plate roofs usually do not have shedding boards like the wood wool boards used in tile stick roofs. As a result, there was a high risk that the existing folded plates would fall indoors if they deteriorated and corroded.

Even with aging, the operating efficiency of companies, factories, etc.
To protect equipment, products, etc., do not reroof.
In addition, it is possible to prevent the aging and corroded existing folded plate portion from falling indoors, and also to prevent the corrosion from accelerating. The roof is in desperate need of repair.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has proposed the present invention to be applied to an existing folded plate roof, which has a rust-proof reinforcing layer applied to almost the entire surface, and to the fitting part of the support. By creating a repaired folded-plate roof consisting of a newly installed folded-plate roof that is fitted together and roofed at appropriate intervals on the upper side, even if the existing folded-plate part becomes old and corroded, it is still possible to bring the existing folded-plate part indoors. This prevents falling off, accelerates corrosion, and prevents dew condensation, and solves the above-mentioned problems.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, the existing folded plate roof A having the anticorrosion reinforcing layer B applied to almost the entire surface is fitted to the fitted portion 11. By using a repaired folded plate roof consisting of a new fitted folded plate roof C which is roofed through the roof 12, firstly, even if the existing folded plate roof A becomes old and corrosion progresses,
It is possible to prevent existing folded plates from falling indoors, secondly, it prevents corrosion from accelerating, thirdly, it has better insulation efficiency and prevents condensation, and fourthly, the repair work efficiency is extremely high. I can do it,
Fifth, there is no need for removal and repairs (renovations) can be made while the factory, etc. remains in operation, and sixth, by installing a new fitted folded plate roof C, the roof design can be changed. It has the advantage of being extremely simple and quick to perform boltless vertical fitting construction.

To explain these effects in detail, first, the rust-proof reinforcing layer B
This is the existing folded plate roof A because it is said to have good adhesion.
If it is installed on almost the entire top or bottom surface, the rust prevention reinforcing layer B will cover the entire surface of the existing folded plate roof A, and the weight will be close to or more than the self weight of the existing folded plate roof A. Therefore, even if the existing folded plate roof A becomes old and corrosion progresses, it is effective in preventing the existing folded plate portion from falling indoors. Furthermore, it is also possible to ensure the safety of the existing folded plate roof A, which has progressed to aging. In particular, even if the existing folded plate roof A ages and develops pinholes, the provision of the anti-rust reinforcing layer B will close the pinholes and at the same time reinforce the existing folded plate roof A. It has a big effect on places.

Furthermore, even if the existing folded plate roof A ages and corrodes, attaching the anti-rust reinforcing layer B to the top or bottom surface will
The existing folded plate roof A on the attached side is placed in a vacuum state, which has the advantage of blocking oxidation and therefore preventing corrosion.

In addition, if the existing folded plate roof plate to which the rust-proof reinforcing layer B is attached and the new fitted folded plate roof C are roofed with an appropriate interval of 12, the upper and lower two layers of the roof In between, there will be a void where almost no air can circulate, and this will act as a heat insulating layer, greatly increasing the heat insulating performance and eliminating internal condensation on the underside of the existing folded plate roof A. There are advantages.

In particular, the present invention has the greatest effect that the rust-proofing reinforcing layer B can be simply attached to the existing folded-plate roof A, and the construction can be done simply and quickly.

As described above, in the present invention, since the existing folded plate roof A is repaired (renovated) as it is, it naturally has the advantage of being able to be constructed without impairing the functions of the building (factory, company 1 gymnasium, etc.).

In addition, the new fitted folded plate roof C is a fitted type folded plate roof with ports 1 to 1, but it can have a slightly different appearance from the existing folded plate roof A, and can be constructed by fitting in the vertical direction (actual The fitting can be done only by having a worker stand on the board and apply a load), which has the advantage that the construction can be done extremely easily and quickly.
