For example, there is a plug device for a television receiver as shown in FIG. This suppresses the inflow of noise signals from the outside into the electronic device via the power cord, and also prevents the power cord from acting like an antenna and emitting unnecessary radio waves. It was developed for this purpose and has a filter built into the plug body 11. The filter is constructed by winding wires 14 and 15 around cylindrical magnetic bodies 12 and 13, respectively. Each winding 14, 15 is connected to the electric wire 1 on the cord 16 side.
One end is connected to electrode blades 7 and 18, respectively, and the other end is connected to corresponding electrode blades 19 and 20.

According to the conventional plug device described above, there is a problem that the filter function of the filter portion cannot be fully exerted. In other words, since the two coils formed by winding a magnetic material are completely separated, it is difficult to relatively position the coils when molding the plug body 11, and due to mutual induction between the coils, stable capacitance cannot be achieved. is no longer obtained and the filter performance is not stabilized. Furthermore, since the winding coils are arranged approximately parallel to the electrode blades and cords, if external force is applied to the electrode blades or cords, the windings may come undone from the magnetic material or the core wires of the cords may become disconnected from the windings. There is a drawback that the soldered part of the wire may break.

5 and the core wires 31, 32, hook members 33, 34 are used. For example, a ring-shaped metal is used as the hook member, and the core wires 31 and 32 are wound once around the magnetic body 23 through the hook members 33 and 34, respectively. The core wires 31 and 32 are wound while being covered with an insulating tube, and their tips are just connected to each hook member 3.
3 and 34 are fixed to the conductive tips of the windings 24 and 25 by solders 35 and 36. Next, in the magnetic body 23 between the hook members 33 and 34,
A spacer 37 made of insulating material is attached to prevent the hook members 33 and 34 from being molded in close contact when the plug body 21 is molded. As the insulating material spacer 37, for example, a part of a vinyl pipe vertically divided is used.

FIGS. 4 to 7 are explanatory diagrams mainly showing examples of hook members, with solder as a fixing material omitted. In the case of FIG. 4, the core wire 31 and the terminal conductor of the winding 24 are sufficiently wound around the hook member 41. The embodiment shown in FIG. 5 is an example in which the hook member 42 is in the form of a clip, and the conducting wires of the winding input section and output section of the core wire 31 and the terminal conducting wire of the winding 24 are integrally held. In the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, an 8-shaped hook member 43 is used, and when the core wire 31 winds the magnetic material 23, the winding input section and the winding output section are connected to the hook member 43. This is an example of locking in each of the 43 holes. FIG. 7 shows an example using an S-shaped hook member 44. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 as well, the winding wire, core wire, and hook member are fixed by solder.

According to the above-mentioned plug device of this invention, since the first and second windings are wound around opposing parts of the annular magnetic body, the state of each coil changes during molding. In addition, the coil positioning becomes easy, and the filter performance is improved and reliability is improved, as well as the manufacturing cost is reduced. Furthermore, a hook member is used to connect the winding and the core wire of the power cord, and at least one of the core wires is
Since the wire is wrapped around a part of the magnetic material, even if an external force is applied to the cord, it is difficult to apply that external force directly to the soldered part, eliminating wire breakage and solder separation, making it stable and reliable during and after manufacturing. becomes more sexual.
