[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention relates to the structure of a slide switch, and its purpose is to provide a structure for the switch by providing a function to prevent the movable contact from moving through a contact mechanism between the fixed contact and the movable contact. The object of the present invention is to provide a structure that simplifies the process and maintains a stable contact state.

Conventionally, there has been a switch of this type as shown in FIG. In Figure 1, terminal plate 1 has 3
The terminals 2, 3, and 4 are caulked, and the movable contact piece 5 moves from side to side in the figure. The movable contact piece 5 receives a compression spring 6 at its center and is attached to a slider 7, and the slider 7 is guided into the switch case 8 and is adapted to move from side to side. The leaf spring 9 moves together with the slider 7, and when the top 10 of the leaf spring 9 reaches the locking notch 11 of the switch case 8, the movable contact piece 5 stops the terminals 2, 3, and 4 from moving relative to each other in the open state. It has become
When the slider 7 moves to the right or left and is locked in the switch case 8, the movable contact piece 5 shorts between the terminals 2 and 3 or between the terminals 3 and 4. However, in such a structure, the leaf spring 9 is required to prevent movement, which increases the number of parts and requires additional man-hours for assembly. Both ends of the movable contact piece 5 have a shape close to a right angle, and this is the shape of the terminal 2,
When contacting or separating from the switch 4, the arc causes the movable contact piece and the terminal to become locally rough, which adversely affects the feel of the switch operation.

This idea uses a movable contact piece in the shape of a semicircular arc, and when the movable contact piece transitions between two terminals from a short-circuited state to an open state, the movable contact piece slides against the terminal with a circular motion along the arc. When moving from this state to the next short circuit, it slides in a circular motion in the same way, and the cleaning action of both contact surfaces works to prevent arcing. It is designed to have less roughness.

Examples of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 2, a terminal plate 12 is made of an electrical insulator and has six terminal mounting holes 13 into which fixed terminals 14 are inserted and crimped as shown in FIG. 3. The terminal 14 is a contact part 15
has an arcuate surface, and three of them are arranged in two rows (two poles) of squares at equal intervals. The slider 16 is made of an electrically insulating molded material, and the sliding part 1
7, which is housed in a similarly molded switch case 18 and slides in the longitudinal direction of the switch case 18, and on both sides along the sliding axis are shown in FIG. A hollow space 19 is provided, and one end of a compression spring 20 is attached to the center of each space. The movable contact piece 21 has a semicircular arc shape, and its outer peripheral side 22 comes into contact with the contact portion 15 of each terminal 14, so that it can short-circuit across two of each terminal 14 as shown in FIG. It is of sufficient size. A spring receiver 24 is provided at the center of the inner peripheral side 23 of the movable contact piece 21, and the other end of the compression spring 20 is attached. Note that the void 19 in the slider 16 has a sufficient extent to cause the compression spring 20 to undergo the necessary buckling in the lateral direction in FIG. Slider 1
6 has two (one set) of protrusions 25 formed at the center of its upper part, while the switch case 18 has two protrusions 25 on the sliding surface 26 that guides the slider 16.
Two sets of recesses 27 are formed for receiving the. The positions of the recesses 27 are set such that the terminals 14 are short-circuited and locked as shown in FIG. 3 when the projections 25 are received. As shown in FIG. 4, the switch case 18 forms a hook-shaped terminal plate attachment part 28, and the terminal plate 12 is attached and held by pushing this apart.

The above configuration is described below, and its operation will be explained below.
In FIG. 5A, the movable contact piece 21 is connected to the terminals 14a and 14b.
It is balanced midway between the two terminals, indicating that it is in a stationary state. In this state, the movable contact piece 2
1 is in the most stable position with both terminals being evenly pressed against each other, and the protrusion 25 of the slider 16 is in the recess 27 of the switch case 18 and locked. When the slider 16 is moved to the right from this state, the fifth
As shown in Figure B, the movable contact piece 21 is connected to the contact part 1 of the terminal 14b.
5b rides on the arcuate surface formed by it.
At this time, the line of force 2 of the compression spring 20 indicated by the arrow
0′, the pressure angle caused by the shape of the contact portion 15b at the contact point with the compression spring 2
While buckling the movable contact piece 21, the contact point 15
Press a. Therefore, the movable contact piece 21 swings counterclockwise, and the points of contact with the contact point 15a are indicated by circles. Transition from state ○A to state ○B. When the slider 16 is further moved to the right, the terminals 14a and 14b are separated as shown in FIG. 5C. During this separation,
An arc is generated at the contact point ○○, and contact wear occurs at the contact point ○○. Also, Figures 5A to 5B
As the movable contact piece 21 moves along the arcuate surface of the contact portion 15b, a stress is exerted to cause the movable contact piece 21 to ride along the arcuate surface of the contact portion 15b, giving a click feeling to the movement of the slider 16.
When the slider 16 is further moved to the right, the movable contact piece 21 similarly swings clockwise due to the pressure angle and comes into contact with the contact point 15c at the contact point ○c as shown in FIG. 5D. Similarly, contact wear occurs at contact point ○c. When the slider 16 is further moved to the right, the 5th E
As shown in the figure, the movable contact piece 21 is balanced between the terminals 14b and 14c to short-circuit both terminals, and at this time, the protrusion 25 of the slider 16
7 and is in a stationary state, and is switched from one two-pole short-circuited state to the other two-pole shorted state shown in FIG. 5A. At this time, the contact point ○D is in a different position from the contact point ○C.

As described above, according to this invention, it is possible to obtain a simple structure, a moderate click feeling in switching operation, reliable locking in a stationary state, and stable contact contact, and a change in the contact position in a stationary state. Since this is different from the position where the contact wears out due to the arc during the switching operation, there is no risk of poor contact due to contact roughness. Further, during the switching operation, the movable contact pieces slide appropriately between the contact portions of the terminals, so that they contribute to mutual cleaning action.
