作に伴う回動動作を拡大して切換力伝達部材へ伝
達する倍速レバーを有する形式のシフトレバー装
置であつて、前記倍速レバーの回動中心において
同レバーには円以外の中心孔を貫通するとともに
、この中心孔に対し成形によつてレバーを挾み込
むようにして一体化された樹脂製のブツシユを介
在させ、さらにこのブツシユに同軸で貫通された
円形の挿通孔に対し固定部材にて支持される回動
軸を挿通させたもとで、締着してなるを特徴とす
