路であつて、ビデオ信号記録媒体から再生された
コンボジツトビデオ信号から水平同期信号を分離
する水平同期分離回路と、トリガ入力がヒステリ
シス特性を有するゲート回路により構成されると
共に前記水平同期分離回路からの水平同期信号に
より発振動作が停止され、水平同期信号の終了に
より発振動作が開始される発振回路とから成り、
該発振回路の発振周期を水平同期信号周期より短
く、かつ水平同期信号周期から水平同期信号の出
力期間を差し引いた期間より長く設定したことを
