第１図は本考案に係るフリーフローコンベヤ装
置の一部を示した平面図、第２図は第１図Ｘ―Ｘ
線の拡大断面図、第３図はコンベヤチエーンの一
部断面平面図で、第４図はその側面図、第５図は
従来装置の断面図で、第６図と第７図は従来装置
で使用しているコンベヤチエーンの平面図と側面
図である。
１はフレーム、１ａはガイド板、２はトツプロ
ーラ、２Ａ，２Ｂはコンベヤチエーン、３はリン
クプレート、４はローラ軸、４ａはチエーンブシ
ユ、４ｔは連結ピン、５はチエーンローラ、Ｐは
台板。

チエーンを作動するとトツプローラが移動し、こ
のトツプローラ上に載置した台板が搬送される様
に構成したフリーフローコンベヤに於いて、上記
コンベヤチエーンの各チエーンローラを、チエー
ンのリンクプレートよりも大径なプラスチツクロ
ーラによつて構成し、これ等各チエーンローラを
フレーム内に設けたガイド板上にガイド走行自在
に載置せしめたことを特徴とするフリーフローコ
