中、同一部分には同一符号が付してある。図にお
いて、1はバネ止めブツシユであり、糸トリバネ
5の作動案内溝2を有し、ミシン機枠4に取付け
られる。3は糸トリバネ5の作動始端の位置決め
端である。糸トリバネ5はバネ止めブツシユ1の
位置決め端3に当接される当接部6及び上糸11
が係合されるV字状の係合部7を有し、バネ止め
ブツシユ1に取付けられる調子棒8に遊嵌されて
いる。調子棒8には上糸11を外周に巻掛ける係
合外周10を有する回転式調子皿9が遊嵌される
と共に、この回転式調子皿9に圧力を付加する円
錐バネ12及び円錐バネ12の圧力を調節する調
節つまみ13が螺着されている。14は三つ目糸
かけであり、糸巻(図示せず)から回転式調子皿
9に上糸11を案内している。15は糸トリバネ
5から糸案内16に上糸11を案内する糸案内で
あり、三つ目糸かけ14とともにミシン機枠4に

天秤(図示せず)に係合される。糸トリバネ5の
通常の位置は、第3図の実線に示す如くバネ止め
ブツシユ1の作動始端の位置決め端3に糸トリバ
ネ5の当接部6が当接し位置決めされている。こ
の状態での回転式調子皿9の係合外周10から糸
案内15に至る上糸11の経路は、第3図の実線
に示す如くV字状となつている。この状態から天
秤(図示せず)が上昇を開始し、上糸11の繰出
しを開始すると、上糸11は2点鎖線(第3図
中)で示す如くV字状か直線状となる。これは糸
トリバネ5の上糸11の係合部7が7′に移動す
るために起こる。さらに、天秤が下降を続けると
上糸11はたるみ、そのたるみ量を吸収するため
に糸トリバネ5は元の位置に復帰する。(係合部
は第3図実線7の位置となる。)しかしながら、
高速度でミシンを縫製する場合、糸トリバネ5の
慣性力が大きくなり、糸の繰出し時に第3図に示
す如く係合部は必要以上に作動し、第3図点線
7″の如き位置となる。ところが、天秤が降下し
上糸11のたるみを吸収する時期の糸トリバネの
上糸に対する作動タイミングが遅れることになる
ので、上糸11のたるみを充分吸収出来ずに上糸
のダブつきを生じ、上糸の糸調子に異常をきたし
縫目の不締りや糸調子の縫調子ムラを生じさせて

貫通した作動案内溝を設けるとともに、そのバネ
止めブツシユの外周面には上記作動案内溝に対応
して上記糸トリバネを当接させる規制片を設ける
とともに、この規制片は、上記作動案内溝に対す
る位置を調整することによつて上記糸トリバネの
作動終端の移動範囲を規制するように上記バネ止
めブツシユの外周面に対する固定位置をそのバネ
止めブツシユに結合される固定具によつて調節可
能に構成したものであるので、ミシンの高速運転
による糸トリバネの余分な運動がなくなり、上糸
に対する作動タイミングの遅れがなくなり、上糸
のたるみ吸収を正確に行え縫目の不締りや糸調子
ムラが解消でき、美しい縫目が得られるととも
に、ネジ等の固定具を操作することによつて規制
片の固定位置をバネ止めブツシユや調子皿には関
係なく簡単に調節できるので糸トリバネの作動ス
トロークを変更する作業を容易に実施することが
