Description
第１図は熱間圧延ラインの粗圧延機と仕上圧延
機間の搬送ラインに本考案の保温カバーを設置し
た状態を示す概略側面図である。第２図は同上保
温カバーを拡大して示す側面図である。第３図は
同上保温カバーを縮小した状態における拡大縦断
正面図である。第４図は同上保温カバーの伸縮状
態を示す説明図で、図Ａは保温カバーが完全に伸
長した状態、図Ｂは保温カバーが収縮していく途
中の状態、図Ｃは保温カバーが完全に収縮した状
態、図Ｄ，Ｅは保温カバーが伸長していく途中の
状態をそれぞれ示す。第５図は従来のクレーンに
よる設置方式の保温カバーを示す縦断正面図であ
る。第６図は同じく従来の開閉式保温カバーを示
す縦断正面図である。 １４―１……小保温カバー、１４―２……中保
温カバー、１４―３……大保温カバー、１５，１
６，１７……係合突起、１８，１９……スカート
、２３……駆動モーター。

Claims (1)
- 高温鋼材搬送用ローラテーブル上に跨設する門
形保温カバーであつて、小保温カバー、中保温カ
バー及び大保温カバーを摺動可能に重合してなる
三重構造で、かつ大保温カバーがモータ等の駆動
装置にて搬送ライン方向に移動する自走式となし
、該大保温カバーに中保温カバーが追従する構造
となしたことを特徴とする高温鋼材用伸縮式保温
カバー。
