トロクロミツク層及び透明下部電極層の少なくと
も３層からなるエレクトロクロミツク素子と、該
上部電極層の背後に設けられた前記反射性上部電
極層と兼用していてもよい反射層とからなる、反
射率を電気的に制御しうる防眩ミラーに於いて、 前記反射層の中央部に１個又は複数個のピンホ
ールを設け、該ピンホールの背後に受光素子を配
