まりの向上を図ることができるし、又魚頭切断後
の胴部における切込み部の形状も良好となる。さ
らに又魚頭落しを連続的に行なつても作業能率は
低下することはないので能率向上と、作業員の省
力化に伴う人件費の大幅な節減も図れ、効果的な
魚頭切断が行なえるとともに、魚頭の切離しと同
時にはらわたの取りり除きも行なうから、従来の
装置と比べ高能率の魚頭切断が可能で、又構成も
簡単な刃物とガイドとによるので、安価に製作で
きる特有の効果を発揮するものである。
