、前記エア吐出手段は圧縮エア供給手段を有する
と共に、前記フアイバセンサーの光フアイバを包
むケースに接続したエア供給口、前記光フアイバ
の先端外周部に形成したエア吐出口、及び前記光
フアイバと前記ケースとの間隙に形成したエア通
路から構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載
