Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily invert the right and left parts of an image by using a two- way signal shift register in a driving circuit for the display device which is scanned on a linear sequential basis, switching the input direction of a signal to left or right and also switching the signal moving direction in the signal shift register. CONSTITUTION:In the driving circuit 9 which makes a line sequential scan, switches 10 and 11 are operated associatively; when the switch 10 is connected to a line 13, the switch 11 is open to input a left right signal to the two-way shift register 2 from a line 12, and the two-way shift register 2 shifts the input signal from left to right. When the switch 10 is connected to a line 14, the switch 12 is closed to input a right left signal to the two-way shift register 2 from the line 12, and the two-way shift register 2 shifts the input signal from right to left. Consequently, the right and left parts of the image are easily inverted only by switching the switches.

または右にスイッチで切換え、又信号用シフトレジスタ
内の信号移動方向を切換えるスイッチを備えるという構
成にしたものである。
