Abstract

拡げる過程でパリソンが伸ばされて肉厚が薄くなるとい
う問題があり、またフランジを押し成形するに当ってエ
アーが内部に残るという問題がある。またパリソンを外
方に拡げてフランジ肉を得る要領のため、パリソン径よ
りも小径のフランジを成型することはできないという問
題があった。さらにはフランジの増厚調整が全くできな
いという問題があった。
