Claims (1)
- 外管と内管との二重管により形成され、外管と
内管との間の外側管路に冷却用空気が流れ、内管
内の内側管路に気流搬送される粒子が流れる粒子
搬送用ノズルにおいて、上記外側管路の出口端面
を密閉し、かつ、ノズル先端部に内管壁に外側管
路と内側管路とを連通する貫通孔を設けたことを
特徴とする粒子搬送用ノズル。
