It is known to do. However, in known plate heat exchangers, when the plate elements are stacked and fastened, the plate elements are deformed due to insufficient strength of the plate hanger portion, and the heat exchange medium leaks from the inside of the heat exchanger. The risk was recognized. Up until now, methods for preventing heat exchange medium leakage have been adopted, such as spot welding a reinforcing plate to the plate hanger portion or bending the edge of the plate element near the plate hanger portion to increase rigidity. However, in both cases, the molding process of the plate element becomes complicated,
This has been accompanied by disadvantages such as an increase in the manufacturing cost of the heat exchanger.

換器を要旨とするものである。Means for Solving the Problems Therefore, the present invention involves stacking and fastening a plurality of plate elements 1 by turning them upside down every other layer, and forming flow paths for the heat giving medium and the heat receiving medium in every other layer. In a plate type heat exchanger, a convex portion 3 and a concave portion 4 are formed in the plate hanger portions 2, 2' at the upper and lower ends of the plate element 1, respectively, and the above-mentioned Convex part 3
The gist of this is a plate heat exchanger in which the plate hanger portions 2 and 2' are reinforced and the plate hanger portions 2 and 2' are tightly contacted with each other in a facing state.

Plate hanger portions 2, 2' that fit into the bar are formed, and a predetermined number of plates are stacked and fastened with every other plate upside down to form a plate heat exchanger. When the plate elements 1 and 1' are stacked, the convex portion 3 and the concave portion 4 formed on the respective plate hanger portions 2, 2′ are brought into close contact with each other in a facing state, so that the plate hanger portions 2, 2′ are tightened. This improves the bonding strength.

There is. Therefore, even if there is some distortion or curvature in the plate hanger portions 2, 2' before the plate element is tightened,
After tightening, a strong tightening force acts between adjacent plate elements, correcting the distortion of the plate hanger portion, and fixing the plate elements 1, 1'.
Demonstrates excellent sealing performance against leakage of heat exchange medium from between.
