袋等のフレキシブル袋体を空気や水等の流体を装填して
配設し、上記溶融金属容器の内周面とフレキシブル袋体
の外周面との間に不定形耐火物を流し込んで硬化し、不
定形耐火物の硬化後にフレキシブル袋体内の流体を排出
して溶融金属容器からフレキシブル袋体を除去すること
を特徴とする溶融金属容器の不定形耐火物施工方法を提

プ11を気密的に着脱可能に螺着等によって取着し、流
体供給パイプIOを介して水、空気、粉粒体、発泡スチ
ロール、パラフィン等の流体を流入できるようにしてい
る。このように流体を流入し、溶融金属容器3の内周部
にそってふくらせたフレキシブル袋体6の外周面と溶融
金属容器3の内側の永久内張りれんが5の内周面との間
に不定形耐火物12を流し込み、不定形耐火物12を硬

袋体支持材9を取り外し、フレキシブル袋体6をしぼん
