Abstract

PURPOSE:To make whole facilities simple by the constitution that water is supplied from a supply water tank which is installed at a position higher than a humidifying pan to the humidifying pan by using a potential head and water is supplied to a wet ball sensor pan by a water supply pump. CONSTITUTION:Water is supplied through a humidifier water supply pipe 10 to a humidifier pan 11A which consumes much water from a water supply tank 30 that is installed at a position higher than the humidifier pan 11A by using the potential water head. On the other hand water is supplied to a wet ball sensor pan 6 which consumes a small amount of water from the water supply tank 30 through a supply water pump for the wet ball sensor and a water supply pipe 9 for the wet ball sensor. With this constitution it is possible to supply water from a water supply tank 30 to the wet ball sensor pan 6 and humidifier pan 11A for sure, and the water supply pump can be of a small size. It is, therefore, possible to simplify the whole facilities.

In the present invention, the water supply tank is installed at a position higher than the six humidifying dishes. Then, the six humidifying dishes that consume the most water are supplied with water from the water supply tank using the position water head, and the wet bulb sensor dish that consumes the least amount of water, for example, 5 cc/hour, is supplied with water using the water supply pump. That's what I do.

The water level of the wet bulb sensor dish 6 is adjusted by turning off the water supply pump 30 using the wet bulb sensor float switch 12. The water level of the six humidifying dishes + 1A is adjusted by the humidifier float switch 13 and the water supply solenoid valve 24.
This is done by turning ON-OFF. On the other hand, the detection of the water supply tank 30 running out of water is ambiguous because it detects a state in which water is not supplied even if the humidifier float switch 13 detects the lower limit for several tens of seconds. I'm trying to replenish water.

According to the present invention described above, the water supply tank is installed at a higher position than the six humidifying dishes, water is supplied from this water tank to the six humidifying dishes using the position water head, and the wet bulb sensor is supplied from the water tank to the six humidifying dishes. Water is supplied to the dish by a water pump.
Since one water supply tank can reliably supply water to the wet bulb sensor dish and six humidifying dishes, the entire equipment can be summarized in a simple manner, which has the effect of improving the design and reducing the installation space. This has the effect of eliminating problems caused by water leakage that occur when the water supply tank is installed on a constant temperature and humidity tank.
