溝形成装置。[Scope of Claims] 1) A device for forming an implant groove in a tooth jaw portion for implanting an implant, the device comprising: an insertion port for inserting a head turbine of a tooth cutting tool; and a device that communicates with the insertion port. A device main body having a guideway for guiding the head turbine, a bar insertion hole for the head turbine opened along the guideway on a contact surface to the tooth jaw, and a fixed needle inserted and fixed into the tooth jaw. An implant placement groove forming device comprising: a fixing bar for fixing the device main body in a state in which it is in contact with a tooth jaw portion in which an implant is to be placed. 2) A device for forming a planting groove in the tooth jaw for placing an implant, which includes an insertion port into which the head turbine of a tooth cutting tool is inserted, and a device that communicates with the insertion port to guide the head turbine. A device main body having a guideway, a bar insertion hole for a head turbine opened along the guideway on a contact surface to the tooth jaw, and a fixed needle to be inserted and fixed into the tooth jaw, and the device main body is attached to an implant. An implant comprising: a fixing bar for fixing the implant in contact with the tooth and jaw portion to be implanted; and a scale attached to the device body for measuring the length of the tooth and jaw portion on an X-ray film.
