て、とくに大量生産される低価格の筆記具におい
てはクリツプ素材の歩留り向上が強く要請され
る。

を前記係止切欠きに係合し、軸筒やキヤツプの端
縁に設けられたクリツプ取付用切欠きにクリツプ
を係合させて前記尾栓を軸筒やキヤツプに固着
し、クリツプの取付部の隅部を軸筒やキヤツプの
内周面に接触させたことを特徴とする。
