オテープ装置において、上記ＰＣＭ符号の最大レ
ベル値を記憶する手段と、その記憶手段の出力に
よつて発振出力のレベルが変更される発振器と、
および上記可変抵抗器の入力側に録音すべき音声
信号と上記発振器出力とを切換えて接続させる選
択スイツチとを設けたことを特徴とするデイジタ
