Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

One end of the cylindrical body inserted into the mounting hole of the panel material has a flange that abuts on the front side of the panel material, and the other end has a plurality of elastic members that are engaged on the back side of the panel material. A holder made of a flexible material, each having wing-like pieces, each of the wing-like pieces being inclined in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body, and having an inclined part on a lower surface thereof being inclined toward the other end side. The holder is characterized in that the wing-shaped portion has an engagement surface parallel to the flange portion at the upper portion thereof and is formed to protrude to a position approximately equal to an outer diameter dimension of the flange portion.
