構５，６の間に、トランスに接続される誘導子４
を材料クランプ機構５，６に対して同一軸線上に
配設した条材を材料とする拡散接合による突合せ
接合装置において、前記材料クランプ機構５，６
の少なくとも一方が該材料に対して摺動可能であ
るとともに、材料の軸方向ガイドを兼ねた材料芯
合せ機構１７と、前記軸線方向に移動可能に設け
られ、かつ前記材料を把持する可動クランプ１８
と、該可動クランプ１８を誘導子側へ押圧する圧
力調整可能な弾発体２５とを備えることを特徴と
