のである。

材であり、一対の作動板4a,4bをその中央で
回動可能に軸結合して成る。一方の作動板4bの
一端は押圧盤2の中央部に回動可能に連結してあ
り、他方の作動板4aの他端に設けた円筒部4c
にスライド材5のブラケツト5a間に支承した軸
5bを嵌挿することにより作動板4aを回動可能
としてスライド材5に連結している。なおスライ
ド材5は両側のアーム5cをレール3に係合する
ことによりスライド可能としている。また屈伸部
材Sの屈伸点となる中央軸部には揺動可能に配置
された油圧シリンダ6のロツド6aの先端が連結
されており、ロツド6aの上下によつて屈伸部材
Sが屈伸できるように構成されている。さらに屈
伸部材Sの伸展時に互いに当接する補強片4dが
夫々の作動板4a,4bに溶接されている。そし
て本例で特徴ある構成としては、スライド材5と
機端固定部7側との間に楔部材8を配置させたこ
とである。即ち楔部材8の傾斜面部と当接する傾
斜部を有するガイド材9を固定部7に固着させ、
該ガイド材9とスライド材5との間に楔部材8を
介在させている。該楔部材8にはハンドル10a
を有するネジ棒10の下端突出部10bをその上
端溝部8aに係合してネジ棒10を備えており、
そのネジ棒10は、その一部を固定部7に設けた
アーム部7aの雌ネジ部に螺合することにより楔
部材8を吊下げた状態で安定配置している。な
お、固定部7から通したボルトBを夫々の挿入孔
9a,5dに通すと共にスライド材5側のナツト
NでボルトBを螺締することにより介在した楔部
材8の位置固定用のロツク具としている。また楔

ンドル10aをまわして楔部材8を下降移動させ
るのである。これにより楔部材8の巾広部のため
スライド材5が押圧されて板側に移動する(第
3図仮想線参照)。この状態で予じめ緩めておい
たナツトNをボルトBに螺締して楔部材8をロツ
クするのである。そしてスライド材5の移動につ
れて作動板4a,4bも板側に移動しており、
この状態からシリンダ6を作動して屈伸部材Sを
伸展させ板1,…を押圧し閉板するのである。
