However, some of the thermal expansion agents used in these methods generate decomposed gas when heated and reach a certain temperature, or when a certain temperature is reached, the wall material of the capsule melts and the contained substances are released. Because it vaporizes,
The foaming efficiency and surface condition are limited by the properties of the resin containing the expanding agent, making it difficult to obtain expressions such as volume, sharpness, and smoothness.

In particular, when a resin with a low viscosity is used, all the gas may come out before the resin layer is completely foamed, resulting in a foamed layer with insufficient thickness, or when these expanding agents are mixed into the ink. When forming a foam layer in a pattern, the minimum volume of the resin expanded by the generated gas becomes the minimum unit of the pattern, so there is a problem that it is not possible to express a fine uneven pattern.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> The present invention solves the problems of the prior art as described above, and provides a foam makeup that has a sense of volume, sharpness, and smoothness, and can express a fine uneven pattern. This paper presents a method for manufacturing the material.

<Means for solving the problem> That is, the present invention uses a capsule-type thermal expansion agent whose shell material is a material that does not melt even when heated. Specifically, by using a mixture of vinylidene chloride and acrylonitrile as the shell material and isobutane as the encapsulating material, the vinylidene layer is formed by the gas pressure of the isobutane, which becomes gaseous through heating. The shell consisting of the mixture of chloride and acrylonitrile expands, thereby expanding the entire layer of composition to form a foam layer.

What is important here is that the shell of the thermal expansion agent does not melt, but expands according to the gas pressure of the contained substance. As a result, the resin layer pushed up by the thermal expansion agent has a sufficient thickness. A foam layer is formed, and a mixture of vinylidene chloride and acrylonitrile is used as the shell material and isobutane is used as the encapsulating material.

<Example> A paste-like resin composition made of vinyl chloride resin mixed with a plasticizer, filler, stabilizer, etc. was heated in a capsule type with a mixture of vinylidene chloride and acrylonitrile as the shell material and isobutane as the encapsulating material. A foamable resin composition was prepared by adding 10 parts by weight of an expanding agent to 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin.

Next, the foamable resin composition was applied to the surface of a thin paper base paper weighing 30 g/rrf in a wood grain pattern, and after drying,
When heated at 0°C for 30 seconds, a decorative sheet with sharp boundaries between concave and convex portions and a sense of volume was obtained.

<Function> When the thermal expansion agent used in the present invention is heated, the isobutane contained therein gasifies and increases in volume, thereby expanding the shell of the capsule made of a mixture of vinylidene chloride and acrylonitrile, and increasing the resin composition. The product itself expands by the amount of expansion of the capsule to form a foam layer.

Therefore, the thickness and shape of the foam layer can be arbitrarily adjusted by adjusting the amount of the thermal expansion agent and the heating conditions, and this is particularly effective for forming a highly foamed foam layer.
