において、前記ハンドル側にはエンジンＥをオン
オフにスイツチ操作できるストツプスイツチ５を
装備するとともに、該ストツプスイツチ５の回路
に接続するリミツトスイツチ６を、前記ロツクレ
バー４がロツク時にのみ当接して前記回路をオン
状態にさせることができるように、前記ハンドル
フレーム２側に装備して構成したことを特徴とす
