嵌合孔にヒンジピンを挿通して相互に回動可能に
軸結するようにしてなる車両用ドアヒンジ構造に
おいて、上記ヒンジピンの一端に上記嵌合孔より
大径の頭部を形成する一方、上記ヒンジピンの他
端側挿通部に螺溝部を形成するとともに上記ピン
嵌合孔を貫通してヒンジフイメールの外方に突出
して固着したナツトに螺合して締結固定したこと
